I will review this more after I see if the company does indeed send a different size as promised. The ones I ordered were too big even though I ordered according to the weight chart. Perhaps that’s because my granddaughter is taller than most girls her age. Not sure, but I also got the pants in a boys design instead of a girls design. No booklet was included and no instructions for returning/exchanging the pants. However, someone did respond quickly to my email, so hopefully these issues will be resolved soon.

I do not think that Your Little Explorer knows anything about preschoolers and childhood development. I am a teacher. The Magic Groove Practice Copybooks are much smaller than pictured, and are functionally impossible for preschoolers to use. The letters and numerals are too small for young learners to copy; the "Magic Grooves" are very shallow and a young child cannot keep the pen in the grooves. The "special pen" is too small in diameter for young learners. The illustrations are old fashioned and uninteresting. The vocabulary and math problems are not developmentally appropriate. This set and extra pens that I bought are a waste of my $47.00 and a refund does not seem to be possible. Buyer beware.

I am so excited about this product. I saw a video on Facebook from a pediatrician raving about this product. I am getting ready to potty train my daughter and I think this is going to make it so much easier. I ordered the wrong size initially and the company offered to replace them in the correct size free of charge. That kind of customer service is very rare. I will definitely be ordering more products from this company.

Contacted the company on day of arrival of purchase as the training pants were too small. The company emailed me and apologized for sending an item I didn’t even order (this happened twice) and eventually offered for me to keep the item and offered to refund me 10%. I quoted their 100% refund policy if returned within 30 days. The next day they emailed and offered 20%. This happened 3 more days in a row until their offer reached 50% and then never received another message despite my emails. I assume they are hoping to hit the 30 day mark and then not be required to refund. I have now disputed with my credit card.

This company’s advertising depicted substantially larger, higher-quality preschool workbooks and packaging. The merchandise I received was materially different in size, quality and presentation. I promptly requested to return the unused merchandise for a refund as their website says they have a 30-day return policy. The merchant has failed to provide return instructions and has stopped responding despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue. Do not purchase from this company!

I ordered the Magic Groove Beginning Writer's Books. I received notification that it had been delivered but I had not received it. I reached out to the company and they offered a refund or to resend the order. I asked them to resend it. It was shipped promptly and I did receive it the second time.

This was a total scam. My son wet through the underwear the very first night we tried them. I’m now trying to get a refund, and the process has been unnecessarily difficult.

First, the representative claimed it was a sizing issue, even though I never said there was a sizing problem. Then I was offered a 20% refund while being told to keep the underwear. Absolutely not. This was a $52 waste of money.

The website clearly advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, so I am requesting a 100% refund. Please send me whatever forms or information are required to process the refund and honor the guarantee.

My initial purchase was the wrong size(my fault), but I reached out and the correct size is on the way! Communication was great and the training pants are adorable and well made.

Underwear is NOT waterproof. I was looking for toddler training pants with a waterproof outer layer, and these are NOT it. Very disappointed with product. Yes, they are underwear, and they did arrive, but they are less absorbing than other brands and do NOT blocks leaks (even for a short period of time). I was hesitant to order, and I should have listened to my gut.

These underwear cost $28 for 1 pair to get to you. Delivery time takes about 2 weeks. The lower abdomen area of the underwear is thin but the padded area is thick and if an accident occurs the weight pulls the underwear down. DO NOT Buy. They have a "guarantee return" but if you look at it , the product must be returned unused. Yet they say it will magically train your child. Crap.

If there were negative stars this company would be a negative infinity! I ordered the 4 magic grove writing books...2 for my grandchildren. Spent over $80 for both sets. There were suppose to be 4 books, only 3 came. It was supposed to be packaged in a lovely gift box as per their advertisement, they came cheaply wrapped in cellophane and certainly NOT the lovely gift package that I ordered! Tried reaching out for a refund and even sent pix of their ad and what I received. All have gone unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! TOTAL SCAM and complete disappointment.

After ordering the producs, I noticed I chose the wrong size for half the order and immediately responded as such but there was no further response, but after receiving the products an email was received with an apology for the delay in response and they were going to send the correct items with no further charge.

Ordered the potty training underwear, which were advertised on their website as 100% cotton and waterproof. When they arrived, after 3 weeks, from China, they were all polyester except a thin cotton liner (like a women's panty liner). It was so thin, there is no way it could hold a toddler pee without leaking let along being waterproof. Emails have not been answered for a refund.
UPDATE 8/26/26: They never did respond to me, but I did receive a refund after filing a dispute with my credit card company.

Yes , I received the product unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. The underwear does feel like a well designed product. I can’t wait to see my grandson wear his underwear.

I am highly disappointed with this purchase. The workbooks are tiny 5x8 sizes and made of very poor, thin, flimsy material. The 3D grooves are barely there, making it completely impossible to actually guide a child's pen to build muscle memory.Paying $40 for this set feels like a total rip-off for what looks like dollar store items. To make matters worse, I have made 5 separate requests for a refund and the company has completely ignored me. Save your money and do not buy from this website.

No communication after purchase -took a month to receive. Product is cheap all the way around. Waste of money. If I saw this product before I bought , I would never buy it.

They never responded to emails and my order wasnt fully delivered. What i did recieve was smaller than expected. I saw a video that the sale was happening because they had a warehouse full of products but later found it was being shipped straight from china. The website must be AI photos because the sizes of books change in every photo. Didnt notice till after i recieved the book. I wouldnt buy from them again. Overpriced, doesnt fulfill orders and also never responds to emails. Wish i wouldve looked here at the reviews first. Couldve saved myself $73.

These books are very small. I was expecting an 8 x 11“ book. However, this is a little bit bigger than the size of an adult hand. It does come with the pens and the grippers, but I feel like the books are way too small for a young child. Also, I don’t think it’s specifies this but they do ship from overseas so it takes forever because it has to go through customs.

Never received the product but my account was charged immediately.. phone number is disconnected.

I’m very disappointed in “ The Little Explorers”. I ordered $70.00 worth of education material from this site. I received a text that it was delivered to my home on 7/16/26. It was NOT delivered. It is know 7/21/26 and it still has not surface/delivered. I tried call the number on their site 1-510-213-7196 with no avail. The number message says it does not exist. If anyone knows how I can touch base with this organization. I would greatly appreciate a text in reviews. I hate getting scammed, by people who supposedly run a business and do t follow through. All they want is the money. I very disgusted with this service. If The Little Explorer people read this and want to contact me, try by email as you have my information.
