Talk about great customer service and a fast response! I paid through PayPal and it didn't redirect me there so I couldn't confirm my address. PayPal used an old address and I emailed the company immediately to change to the correct address and they sent me an email within 2 minutes and fix the problem! So thankful!

There was a quick response from Jenny. She gave me the information I needed to return the product. It will go in the mail tomorrow morning and I will let you know the tracking number.

I accodentally ordered 2 of the same thong. The company noticed and a lovely ladycontacted me and made me aware. I am on a very tight budget so am extremely grateful she was extremely helpful cancelled the extra order at my say so organised a refund.
