Up to now excellent customer services. So that’s what I’m rating right now. Can’t comment on product until it actually arrives

I thought it accidentally hit the subscription button but Jan emailed me withing a couple days to assure me this was not the case and I would not be charged for anything beyond my original purchase. I appreciate the quick response.

I asked a question and it was answered very quickly with just the right info I needed. Thank you to the Groovd!

My experience was great because I felt valued as a customer. You listened to my concerns and offered a solution.

When purchasing off Facebook it is not clear that the company ships from China so the guarantee is useless as it costs the same to return. The groovd books are small A5 only every other page so you only have 7-8 small pages of practice and not much variation. I’m really disappointed especially as my daughter loves activity books and she said they are boring.

the units are great my problem is you did not ship to Switzerland costing me an extra $35 AUS postage. The same would be for the extra pens.

Misleading marketing tactics. I purchased a book for my daughter and was taken through several pages whilst placing my order. I ended up accidentally signing up for a course because I accepted a free gift. There was no summary of what I was buying until I was sent the invoice after purchase. The items sent to me were not age appropriate at all and not worth the £50 I had spent. The online course was a few a4 sheets of the alphabet. The writing book was bent upon arrival! Even if the course was age appropriate it is massively overpriced for what it is. Would not recommend this company.

Delivery takes far too long, after nearly a week and no sign of what I ordered I checked the delivery policy and realised it had an unusually long delivery time frame. The estimated delivery window has now passed and I’m still waiting for what I ordered. The company clearly operates on a drop shipping model, so the items are being shipped from the manufacturer in China, hence the long delivery time. I really wish I taken more time to look into this properly before ordering as while the bundle offer seems like good value on the surface, the ridiculously long delivery time negates this completely. I have since seen the same bundle on Amazon for a fraction of the price, so to anyone who is considering ordering, just check Amazon, at least you’ll get it delivered quickly! I wanted this bundle to help my son with his handwriting over the summer holidays so he returns to school with better skills as this si something he really struggled with. Now I have no idea when it will arrive and bu the time it does he’ll probably be back in school and this will now seem like homework rather than a fun activity, which is exactly what i trying to avoid. Such a shame.

I made a purchase from this company a few months ago. and by my own fault did not realise it was a subscription ...I messaged them today and I have to say they went up and beyond to help me.the product I received were lovely but at this time I could not commit to a subscription. They totally understood and helped me by canceling this gor me without hesitation.... I would definatly. recommend. Customer service outstanding 👏

Customer service was awesome! There was some confusion on my part, I lost Wi-Fi during my order and was not sure it went through. Customer service emailed me for the information that was lost, made sure my order was correct and I received notification that it's on its way. My friend's granddaughter will be so excited for her birthday.

If only the shopping list could be checked pre payment and the free item made clearer that it’s not free as you get charged for a course …it removes the fun of purchasing and creates stress
