My concerns were addressed immediately, even an after hours acknowledgment! Solution options were provided and acknowledgment of my concerns with more than reasonable and fair options which gave me choice in how to proceed! I have never experienced such amazing customer focused solutions feedback process and results! Congrats to the wonderful team at Groovd!

My problem was sorted within a couple of minutes of my complaint re the wrong address.

sorry but i would think that shipping would take 3 weeks so i think to do better improve shipping

The service was great & fast.
Unfortunty the product was disapponting. books were smaller than expected although the quality was very good. Rather than a free toy a larger book would be nice.

I brought purchases the groovd wanted a refund certain line up products.
The customer service team was very helpful offered many options with my experience, I certainly looking forward exploring the rest there products near future.

The customer service to fix a problem was very speedy, friendly and solution focused. However I felt the marketing of the upsell of a ‘free’ item was totally misleading. It inferred that there was a free item as part of a subscription going forward which was very understandable and acceptable. However they immediately charged the c£23 for the ‘free’ toy upfront . Jenny did come up with a satisfactory solution but I still feel it was not a good way to do business

Went out of their way to make sure that everything was fixed and correct for us to be able to enjoy our experience. And I would totally order from them again, and they are very professional
