I ordered two sets with "freebies". The books are tiny - not appropriate for gross motor skills of learning to write. I didn't get the "freebies" that are mentioned on my invoice. I went to the site to request a refund per their site's suggestion of writing to the email they have provided for returns. I have written twice and haven't heard from them. I will continue to write and leave reviews wherever possible. This is a scam.

The Motor Magic writing books are created with good intentions but miss the mark. They have a confusing layout showing pictures and words, and lessons that have nothing to do with them. They show directional strokes for one word or letter, then practice for another. For the cost, I'm not impressed. They appear to me to be made by non native speakers.

False advertisement!!!
Received our books and it was like mini books, didn't look at all like the advertisement....definitely returning it. Don't waist your money

Overpriced and incomplete
A great idea, however, the execution is a fail for the following reasons: 1) The grooves are too shallow for little hands to navigate, 2) only one pen and one grip corrector for 8 cartridges, 3) Two dditional cartridge and 2 grips can be purchased for $12 with shipping (which felt like a reordering rip off since those parts are easily lost. 4) I was unable to engage my 4 and 6 yo kids despite multiple tries. They kept going outside the grooves. When I called to order these extra (wildly expensive) supplies, the phone was disconnected.

I got the books but not the bonus gift that was supposed to be part of the deal. They're too small and too advanced for 3 year olds. They're also full of spelling errors, grammar errors and weird word choice like a non-native speaker would use. They took like a month to arrive and they were just dropped on the middle of my lawn. Such a scam.

I ordered 3 sets and only received 2. I’ve sent numerous emails to several contacts listed on the website with no responses. I’ve also tried the phone number listed and can’t get through.

I ordered the your little explorer April 18th for my grandson. It was not delivered on the date they said. It didn't come with what I ordered. They sent a tracking number that could not be found. So I started a fraud alert at my bank. Then I ordered one from Amazon. It came two days later. The one I originally ordered came today and is not all that I paid for. It came from DORIS(001)-TASFBARA. 9208 Charles Smith Ave. Rancho Cucamonga CA. 91730.. I want to let people know that I believe this place is a scam. Do your research before you order. Do not order if you see any of this information.

False advertisement, showing a large book online then sending a mini size. Horrible customer service!!! I have been trying to return these books for over two weeks. They said they were gonna send me instructions on how to return and haven’t heard back from them. I sent them multiple emails. Don’t buy!!!

These books are so small and not suitable for 3 year olds as advertised. I am not able to get ahold of their customer service to ask for return. BEWARE
