On 11 May I made a purchase using a "2 for 1" special. The product did arrive in a timely fashion. BUT... in no way was it at all clear that I was signing up for a subscription.

Then, on 10 June, I received an email saying that my (next) order was on the way. I am a heavy user of online commerce and I have always, or almost always, received advance notice of a refill being made - and in time to cancel it. Not only did I not receive such a notice, but the refill was processed before I'd even had the original order for two weeks - and each bottle lasts six weeks. They need to readjust their timing for those outside the US.

When I went to figure out how to cancel it took me forever. They have really buried both the fact that it was a subscription and the ability to cancel it.

I did, today (15 June) hear from them and they are fine offering a refund when I return the product. Unfortunately, the cost of sending it from Canada to Miami makes it pointless to return.

I can't comment on the efficacy of the product because I've been using it for too short a time and I won't have labs done until next month. But, regardless, I will not be giving them my business again. Their actions - despite a "legit appearing" website, etc., make me skeptical.

I recommend avoiding Ritual Labs.

I trying to contact Ritual labs to cancel my order US78866. But their telephone number does not connect at all. I am beginning to feel this is not a legitimate company.
Please ritual lab cancel my order it has not shipped yet.
Also please dont bill me in the future. I dont want to subscribe to this.

I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing from this company. I made a one time purchase, which took almost one month to get to me, then after a week of receiving the product I received an email that I will be receiving a new order. I immediately contacted customer support and was told the order was flagged and someone would get back to me about cancellation. Now I received another email that the product was shipped and my card was charged. I believe those of us who were affected should file a class action lawsuit.

Yup they did it to me. I did not enroll in any autoship program and yet they billed me and sent products I didn't order.
I received an email that they were preparing an order which I did not authorize and told them to stop, but they said it was too late the product shipped. I actually had to go into my account and shutoff all recurring shipments and cancel my account.

I was willing to give your product a try and evaluate but this practice of force shipping has destroyed my trust in your company.

I have emailed 3 times since June 4 requesting a refund due to never receiving the product. It shows delivered - to a zip code over an hour away. I have yet to receive a response. I will attempt to resolve through my bank, but my guess is I got scammed. Do not purchase from this company!

We just started taking them so we won't know how they will be after 1 or 2 months. However, I think I already noticed having more energy. Look forward to see what happens in a few months.

overpriced for supplements from China. It takes a long time to arrive, no refunds available, no customer service available. Not even sure if I trust this supplement or should even try it. They will eventually send you the product whether you actually want it or not. Deceptive marketing practices as well.

Shipping time made me worried. 2 weeks into the supplement, I noticed some reduction of bubbles in my urine. Specially first thing in the morning. I will keep taking it.

I ordered the buy 3 get 3 more. A 6 month supply. They bill me every month instead of every 6 months! I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Ritual Labs won the dispute by lying and saying to the credit card company that I didnt respond to their email when I actually did asking for a refund and to cancel future orders/shipments. So now I have to re open the dispute. They also said I still have the product. Well I was holding onto the vitamins until this was resolved. When Ritual Labs said that about my not returning it, I went on their website to find an address for returns. I didnt find anywhere there where it stated an address to return merchandise. So then I sent them another e-mail which again has gone unanswered. One of the reasons I am writing this is that I noticed that they would respond on here. So here goes: Ritual Labs, Please send me your address for returns so I can get these 12 extra bottles (which I didnt order) back to you and you will no longer have that as an excuse to not remove your charges from my account in my credit card dispute, I hope you will cancel any further shipments because I dont want any more of your products. Its pretty bad customer service when the only way to get a response from a company is by posting a bad review here.

The product is wonderful, but the customer service does not meet standards.

Excellent communication throughout the whole shopping and shopping experience . It is rare to have proactive and personal communication from a company !

The initial shipment came fine and then I wanted to stop the subscription because I didn't need another renewal. There was no way to stop it online, so I emailed. I received a very polite reply saying they will for sure cancel. About a week later I got a notification that my shipment was being prepared. I emailed customers service again about this and they didn't get back to me for two or three days. When they did, they said that they can't cancel this shipment but the next one for sure will be. I was such an idiot not to check them out before I signed up. It's total scam and obviously I am not taking their supplements because who knows what's in there.
EDIT after I see their "reply": they are making it sound like they really care and ask me to reply to their response and give my order number and EMAIL. huh? i am not going no put my email address out here, I emailed their customer's service, and THERE"S NO WAY to reply to their reponse!! just confirms what I think about them.

Great product that actually works. My kidneys are happy to be revitalized.

I thought the product was good and should’ve read the ingredients better. It has maltodextrin and carrageenan, which are known toxic chemicals. Also, the company is deceptive and scammy. They will enrol you into a subscription in a shady way and not refund you nor cancel the order when you ask them to. They just stop responding. It’s very shameful and a stupid way to ruin a company.

I ordered these and quickly realized I was set up to receive another order as if I had subscribed. I then read reviews and became uneasy about the product and their practices. I requested to return and was given the address, minus the zip code. I looked up the zip code and returned the unopened product at my expense, as required. I sent tracking info via email. Tracking reported as received on 5/18/26. As of 6/13/26, I still have not received my refund. I have followed up via email and they continually apologize for the delay. They were responsive with excuses until I told them I expected them to refund my money ASAP. I haven't heard from them since. I have since contacted my credit card company.
Save yourself trouble and do not buy from this company.

I should know better than to order from a Facebook ad. I fell for the Happy Liver product, ordered three, got three. The product took forever to arrive, even though it was supposed to be express shipping. That's another way they get you to order because we all want to receive our product and start seeing results, right? Well it took 3 weeks to arrive. I kept looking at the tracking which had Chinese translation. I wrote emails to Ritual Labs who insisted there were labs in the USA...but that's not what I asked. I asked why is my product coming from China if there are labs in the USA. Customer Support would tell me the product is safe, blah blah but if it is coming from China I do not believe it. Furthermore why would a USA lab send product to China to send to a customer in the USA? I threw away the bottles as soon as I got them. I also requested to NOT be signed up for a subscription which is what Ritual Labs is doing, and I warned my bank about Ritual Labs, too. I also reported them to the FDA because of dishonest practices. I don't think what Ritual Labs is claiming is the truth. It's another Facebook Scam.
