And again, I have had them try and take money from my account.
This company is a scam. They will not reply to emails nor read them. They are constantly trying to take money from my account even though I have emailed them numerous times. Today they have announced they will try a further 7 ATTEMPTS to take my money.
They will reply to this review inviting me to contact them on their support email so it looks like they are attentive! They then do nothing.

Was frustrated as I did not sign up for a subscription plan so couldn't believe after buying 4 bottles just a month ago you would think I needed another 2 when I don't even know if it's working until I have a blood test at the end of the month. Couldn't get the shipment stopped in time but your customer service employee made it sound like it would be an easy return/refund and took the auto shipment off my account. Your company does at least get back with its customers tso that says alot and only ensures you stand by your product and what to make people happy which means alot nowadays.

The only thing I can say to improve is the website. By mistake I subscribe to this site. When I received the product is not what I was waiting for. I did clicked on the wrong page. Here is the improve: Customers should be able to cancel on their portal. If they have an account they should have a password instead to provide their e-mail address to have access to their account. Second to have a cancellation in the portal as well. The only thing available was to pause. Yes there is a button for cancellation but it doesn't work. Customer has to send an e-mail requesting the account to be closed permanently. Other wise the reply to the e-mail was within minutes. I had not try the product so I can't write nothing about it.

The shipping to close to 6 weeks and it came from overseas. The website is deceiving and states shipping with a week. Also it claims to be made in the USA. I asked for a refund based on these false claims and I did receive one. This is why they get 2 stars. Buyer be warned, though.

Haven’t received my order. I ordered June 17th. Not happy.

I feel embarrassed that I fell for Ritual Labs false advertising, but I'm sharing my experience in hopes that someone else will take serious pause before ordering. My advice is to research this company thoroughly before spending your money!

I spent nearly $200 on May 28, 2026 after seeing what appeared to be a doctor recommending this product on Facebook, along with what looked like a genuine customer testimonial. After placing my order, my gut told me something didn't feel right. I did more research and realized the marketing raised serious red flags. I requested to cancel my order that same day.

In my opinion, there is no legitimate reason an unshipped order cannot be canceled. More than a month later, my order STILL hasn't shipped, yet I've been repeatedly strung along with their "support team" over multiple emails instead of simply receiving the refund I requested. As of June 1, 2026 the "Support Team" said they were escalating my case "for priority review by our team" I've yet to have a reply since!

What's even more concerning is the multiple customer reports alleging they were unknowingly enrolled in a subscription!! That possibility is alarming enough that I've been closely monitoring my debit card transactions, removed my payment method from the "Shop" app, praying I don't receive "recurring charges".

I will update this review if Ritual Labs finally does the right thing by canceling my unshipped order and issuing a FULL REFUND.

In the meantime, I intend to shout from the roof tops - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM RITUAL LABS!!!

Great product, service and marketing.

You signed me up for an auto order without me realizing it. My original order (and subsequent second order) were buy two get two free. I saw the draw from my bank account for the second order and called to cancel it. I was told it was too late and they offered for me to be able to return it for a refund. I said I’d keep the 4 bottles that were on the way, but cancelled the auto order. (I would have had 8 bottles in 30 days.) When the package arrived there were only two bottles in it. I reached out and was told they delivered 4 and to check with neighbors to see if it was delivered there. Now the responsive customer service is not responding. I have an invoice for four bottles and received two. No one will help and I have sent several message. Crickets. I will never order from this company again and their shady practices make me question the quality of the product.

BUYER BEWARE - I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. After my initial purchase, I was automatically enrolled in recurring payments/shipments without my knowledge or consent, resulting in an order I never authorized. Plus, my initial order took so long to receive, that I forgot that I even placed the order.

I cancelled my subscription via their team and then they charged me the nextmonth i sent them proof they refused to listen didnt halt the order and 2 days it shipped and they pretty much said oops if you want a refund you need to return it when it arrives from aus to us and pay for it.

The last order i only received halfthe order and theyve been investigating for a month now i sent all pics of what was received what the label said (4) in a package the size of 2.
