Gave a good price at the start compared to other quotes which were higher and then came back with lower prices. Great explanation when we had queries re fitting. Arrived on time and very efficient clean fitting. All rubbish taken. Fitters were excellent and would highly recommend.

Can’t fault this level of service which is rare these days.

Overall we were very pleased with the service we received. Jon was a great help in choosing the correct garage door and fittings. He showed us various options and gave lots of very good advice. Now fitted, the door looks great. Throughout the process we were kept well informed at all stages. We did have one or two snagging issues but these were dealt with quickly. Lana was particularly pleasant and helpful when sorting out fitters visits, etc. Would recommend.

We were after a garage door that would insulate our garage but also look good. I called the Garage Door Centre up and spoke to James Vyse. My problem was that I needed a certain height of head clearance inside the garage. There are not many garage doors that cover this speck. However, James was able to get the clearance using the teckentrup doors. On the day of fitting the team came first thing and cracked on with the job. They were friendly and polite. Definitely worth every penny.

Really pleased with our new garage door. The company kept us well informed prior to fitting. The fitters, Ben and Owen did a great job, making sure that we were happy with the finish, made the necessary adjustments and talked us through how to operate the door. Old door was taken away & all packaging was removed; however slightly disappointed that the fitters didn't hoover/clean up after themselves (there was a lot of dust). Not a major issue but would have been nice to clean up a little. I would definitely recommend this company though as it was hassle free.

I needed a new garage door that needed to both look good and have sturdy security features. The Garage Door Centre was local and ticked all my boxes. From the initial visit with very helpful staff to the fitting team they were great. Just watch out they do like their cups of tea.

Very pleased with the garage door installation. Gareth and Ian are clearly experienced installation engineers, very professional. Good explanations given for maintenance of door and tracks, good demonstrations given for door and electronic equipment.
Jaime and Paul, in the office, helpful, understanding, and disappointed, as manufacturer did not send complete kit to allow door to be opened in event of a power cut - clearly poor manufacturer quality control.

The gentlemen (Scott and Justin) who fitted the doors were very friendly and gave us a demonstration on how to use the doors and locks.They took away the old door and disposed of all the rubbish, leaving it all nice and tidy .

Excellent communication. Good site visit and advice. On the delivery date Scott and Justin arrive in good time, completed the replacement single garage door very quickly. Took care of the property. Showed me how to operate and use the safety features. Very pleased. This is the second time I have used this company and would definitely recommend them.

If they can't even remove you from a mailing list after at least 8 requests for them to do so, they clearly don't listen or care what you say or ask

Had my new garage door fitted today a day later than arranged as due to the fitters going sick but apart from that I was always updated with everything very pleased with the outcome my door looks very posh and lovely the fitters were professional and friendly fitted it very quick they knew their job a big thank you I would recommend from vicky in rugby Warwickshire !

We have been waiting since Christmas to have our garage door finished with replacement slats, its missing internal trim, and its limiters. Prior to that, the company brought entirely the wrong door and left us with a boarded-up garage throughout the cold snap until just before the Christmas holidays. I feel that I have had to press them repeatedly to rectify their mistakes and the impression I get is that between them and their suppliers there is little desire or flexibility to prioritise fixing the problem. Having paid up front, this is woeful customer service. Although their fitters are excellent, attentive to detail and cannot be faulted I would not recommend the company itself to anyone.
