Superb, hassle-free driveway service and honest advice
Booked an AA mobile mechanic for a major service on my Citroën C3 Picasso, and the entire experience was top-notch from start to finish.
Having the car serviced directly on the driveway completely removed the hassle of dropping it off and sitting around in a garage waiting room. The technician arrived on time, was polite, professional, and got straight to work. Everything was carried out thoroughly, and he took the time afterwards to clearly explain the condition of the car and gave honest, sensible advice on routine wear items to budget for next year—with zero pushy upselling.
The fixed pricing was completely transparent with no hidden surprises, making it brilliant value for money. Highly impressed with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use AA Car Care again.

Patrol great office not so much …
Mechanic was great and very convenient having a service at home. Didn’t give five stars as the first appointment but went fulfilled without notification from allocations team and second appointment wasn’t confirmed until patrol had arrived. Also my car wasn’t on the tablet so unable to reset service indicator which is annoying because it’ll have to go to the garage at some point for this.

I have break down cover with the AA so it made sence to have my car service with them, Geoff the mechanic was a great guy professional knew his stuff and such a genuine nice bloke,I’m really pleased with everything he did on the car and made up with the AA for having this service that came to my place of work 👍
