Farai was a great advert for the RAC. He was professional, polite and personable Explained the process clearly and gave a couple of useful tips. A basic job that clearly didn't tax his capabilities but still received his total commitment.

Dean messaged me last night to say he would be working on my car and would contact me when he was on his way.
So convenient. I knew I needed a new battery and to have it fitted at home, and have the new battery registered with the car, which I’m pretty sure didn’t happen when I had one fitted at a local garage last year, and resulted in me needing a new one now, was so easy. Dean even managed to take my tow hook out which had been stuck in since it was recently towed. Brilliant service. Will definitely be using this again

Mechanic went out of his way to ensure I had the product ordered after a mix up. Also made sure the job was completed to a high standard on the booking day.

Booking process was a bit challenging as I needed to refer to RAC breakdown who then booked a warranty claim through RAC Mobile mechanics.

Darren was very helpful and very friendly and made the process so so easy. So kudos to Darren for turning up with a smile and work with this hot weather to change the battery on my BMW.
