AA Car Care Omdömen 

Mechanic was great and very convenient having a service at home. Didn’t give five stars as the first appointment but went fulfilled without notification from allocations team and second appointment wasn’t confirmed until patrol had arrived. Also my car wasn’t on the tablet so unable to reset service indicator which is annoying because it’ll have to go to the garage at some point for this.

Absolute top class from Liam/Dan from start to finish doing my oil change and filter ,wouldn't hesitate to recommend AA Smartcare two lovely lads thank you so much

I have break down cover with the AA so it made sence to have my car service with them, Geoff the mechanic was a great guy professional knew his stuff and such a genuine nice bloke,I’m really pleased with everything he did on the car and made up with the AA for having this service that came to my place of work 👍

Poor communication, you cancelled original date then no communication then turned up 2 hours early, operative complete lack of knowledge of my car didn’t even know how many cylinders it had, sent me emails and texts around 15 in total, a totally confusing experience which I will not repeat. Unable to reset the idrive to say service complete, car still says service required

The mechanic, Niall was excellent; as ever with AA: friendly, polite, efficient. We had some problems in that the garage sent the wrong part three times, so it took a while to get the job done, but Niall went the extra mile to find ways of getting it done without me having to spend too much time at home waiting.

Being able to have the car serviced at home was so convenient and the price was very reasonable. Harry from the AA was super nice and really knew what he was doing. Arrived really promptly and kept me informed all the way through. 1st class.

Great experience and will definitely use them again

So easy to book. Kept updated throughout. Reza called me 15 minutes before arriving. Carried out a major service on my driveway. No fuss just super efficient service and a great mechanic! Highly recommend

Overall my experience was great and very straight forward. The mechanic had been delayed beyond the agreed time slot but when I contacted the helpline they identified and addressed the issue with my needs in mind. I would certainly use the service again
