Complete scam! I tried to order a taxi which never replied, and I had to cancel. And they charge me a 117 Euro AUTOMATICALLY for the subscription. When you log in to your account, there is nothing mentioned about subscription or payment on all tabs, such a horrible and misleading UI/UX, just to scam people! After I contacted support for a refund, they blocked my credentials (I was able to log in with the same credentials before reaching out to them). DO NOT TRUST WHAT THIS COMPANY SAYS!!

I was scammed by this company
I was scammed by this company! On trying to book a table at a restaurant, I was referred to an automated system, credit card details were demanded to secure the booking, but I didn't proceed because the time we wanted wasn't available. I never consented to anything with this company, yet they have taken three amounts out of my bank account! The restaurant was completely oblivious to the situation. We have reported it to our bank as fraud and they are dealing with it. We are furious about the way this company has scammed us. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!
