Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Look at all the real reviews, clearly no taxis turn up and have small print about a subscription. When you request a refund they refuse, however their terms and conditions clearly state you are entitled to a refund if cancelling in 14 days.

I had to go back and fourth for days before getting this back and had to threaten to take to trading standards, which I still plan to do.

I doubt they even provide a service and I’m 100% sure this is a scam.

Impossible cancelling the bookin

I booked a taxi, i didnt receive any confirmation, i want to cancel but you ask the account that i don t have. As i can see from other review you always have the same pattern. You have charged my credit card of 10 cent, i can t cancel the booking, i write to your contact center but you block the mail. I warn you not to charge my credit card and to give my 10 cent back. I used it to book a taxi, but they wouldn't confirm my request, so I canceled it. They still charged me the monthly subscription fee, and if I hadn't noticed, they would have charged me €39 a month without me using the service.

Beware of the "trial period" and the €39 fee.

I tried to reserve a taxi and i fell for the so-called "72 hour trial". My card was charged 39 euros after three days. No reminder, no email confirming the subscription, no confirmation that the payment was executed. I have reported the transaction and the company to my bank and wait for their support.

Taxi did not show up on time. After waiting 10 minutes we ordered a taxi from another company which arrived in 2 minutes. We left and then we started getting texts that your taxi was coming. Unreliable service.

Das war miserabel!!!

Das war miserabel!!!

Ich habe extra am Abend vor meiner Fahrt ein Taxi über Rezervassist für 10 Uhr am nächsten Morgen von Cernobbio zum Bahnhof Como gebucht. Laut System sollte die Fahrt 13€ kosten. Ich war pünktlich am Treffpunkt und bekam um 9:59 Uhr eine SMS, dass es noch 20 Minuten dauern, bis das Taxi da sei und 40€ kosten würde.

Als 25 Minuten danach immer noch niemand da war, nahm ich Kontakt mit dem Taxifahrer auf. Der behauptete, ich hätte Cernobbio nicht angegeben und er würde in einer ähnlich lautenden Straße in Como auf mich warten. Nach Cernobbio würde er jetzt nicht mehr kommen, ich solle mir ein anderes Taxi rufen.

Ich habe in der Bestätigung von Rezervassist extra nachgeschaut - in dieser wurde mir die Abholadresse in Cernobbio (!) bestätigt. Würde ich nicht ohnehin immer mit zeitlichem Puffer planen und hätte deswegen meinen Zug verpasst, wäre ich noch mehr verärgert, als ich es jetzt bin.

Da ein Vermittler wie Rezervassist in meinen Augen mitverantwortlich für die vermittelten Taxifahrer ist, habe ich mein Abo dort direkt wieder gekündigt.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I booked a taxi with this company on Tuesday and paid an initial 10c charge. The taxi didn’t turn up and yesterday I was charged €39 euros as a monthly subscription. I did not authorize this but they said because I accepted the confirmation that I am not entitled to a refund. This is a total scam. I don’t know it can be legal. Theycertainly not make it clear about the €39 subscription fee.

Esperienza pessima e sistema…

Esperienza pessima e sistema ingannevole.

Mi sono registrata su questo sito solo per prenotare un taxi a Torino, pagando un piccolo importo iniziale di €0,10. Il taxi non è mai arrivato e il servizio è stato completamente inutile.

La cosa più grave è che NON viene indicato chiaramente che si attiva un abbonamento da disdire entro 72 ore. Dopo pochi giorni hanno tentato di addebitarmi €39, causando anche il blocco della mia carta.

Questo tipo di pratica è assolutamente scorretta e fuorviante: si tratta di un sistema studiato per far attivare abbonamenti a insaputa dell’utente.

Ho immediatamente cancellato l’abbonamento, ma resta un comportamento inaccettabile. Provvederò sicuramente per vie legali in caso di mancata assistenza.

Sconsiglio vivamente di utilizzare questo servizio.

Ho prenotato un taxi mezz’ora prima delle 17.20, nessuna risposta fino a 5 minuti prima per questo mi sono attuato per trovarne un altro da solo, finchè la conferma mi arriva alla stessa ora della prontazione. Pochi giorni dopo senza ricevere nessuna comunicazione mi vengono addebitati 39€ di abbonamento senza che io sia neanche riuscito ad usufruire del taxi, truffa totale.

REFUND.

I want a Refund.

At around midnight of the 10th of April i tried to book a taxi through Reservassist in Bologna. The booking got CANCELLED because there were NO TAXI AVAILABLE.
Nobody called me, so i had to use another way to go home that night.

THIS MORNING (today is the 13th of April) i noticed that €39 were charged from my card for subscription to which i was NOT aware of, there was ONLY a disclaimer about “0,10€” of subscription, NOT €39 for not even taking the taxi. It was NOT communicated.

I didn’t agree to this and i want my €39 back, i want my refund and i also cancelled the subscription.

Ho prenotato un taxi mai arrivato

Ho prenotato un taxi, mai arrivato. Ho chiamato l’assistenza clienti (il numero presente sul sito) e dicevano che a nome mio per quell’indirizzo non c’era nessuna prenotazione, io intanto avevo gia chiamato un altro taxi perchè erano 20 minuti che aspettavo (me ne dava 7 di attesa). Ho chiesto l’annullamento della corsa ma dicevano non esisteva. Per questo mi hanno addebitato la corsa. Successivamente mi trovo altri due addebiti da 39 EUR. Truffa totale.

Tuttavia, a volte possono verificarsi errori di sincronizzazione o di identificazione della prenotazione, il che potrebbe spiegare perché l'assistenza non è riuscita a trovare immediatamente la tua pratica.

Dopo una prenotazione, il sistema genera automaticamente una conferma e assegna un servizio in base alla disponibilità dei partner locali. Tuttavia, in alcuni casi, possono verificarsi errori di sincronizzazione o di identificazione della prenotazione.

Ti abbiamo chiamato tre volte senza ricevere risposta. Ti richiameremo per trovare una soluzione.
