I booked a taxi through Reservassist in Bologna for 06:07 to go to the airport. The taxi never arrived at the scheduled time. The driver only called me around 06:24, when I had already taken another taxi because I could not risk missing my flight.
A week later I noticed that €39 was charged from my card as a “subscription”. I was not aware that I was signing up for any subscription when I made the booking. This was not clearly communicated.
Charging customers for a subscription they did not knowingly agree to is very misleading. I have contacted the company and requested a refund and cancellation of the subscription.
I hope this situation will be resolved quickly and that the €39 charge will be refunded.

Taxi never showed up, got a confirmation email saying I was getting picked up and going to the wrong airport (completely different country) about 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. Do not use this. The audacity of this company to charge my credit card after they never showed up, this is clearly a scam and not even a well thought out one. I would Happily share the screen shots of show the inconsistent information if there was a place to upload it.

Misleading price plan
They have a deceiving price plan - charging 39 eu as subscription a week after a booking. In my case, on the bright side, they did actually connect me to a taxi driver and was able to reach my destination. A week later, when I have seen the charge, I contacted the driver to understand how this works and he had no idea that I have received his details from this platform. He said that 5 min before I reached out to him, he was called by a man to ask about availability on the same route I asked for.

100% fraud.
I booked a taxi for next day 6:00 AM to go to the airport and paid for the service. I received a booking confirmation.
However, at 6:00 AM, while I was standing there with my luggage, I received an email stating that the taxi was no longer available; as a result, I missed my flight.
I never received a refund.
Now, more than two months later, I have been charged again for a subscription I never requested (which I have just now cancelled).

D9vevo andare all'ospedale per un ricovero ma il taxi non si è presentato. Ho chiamato diverse volte il cellulare dell'autista senza risposta. Solo in tarda mattina l'autista all'oscuro della mia prenotazione mi ha contattata via whatsapp. Gli ho girato i messaggi di conferma della prenotazione ma lui non sapeva nulla. Esperienza pessima da zero stelle. E 0,10 centesimi di prenotazione rubati.

Buongiorno, pensavo che la mail dal titolo "prenotazione confermata" volesse dire che la prenotazione era confermata, non "in fase di elaborazione" come scritto in piccolo con font grigio in fondo.
Mi sono recata al luogo dell'appuntamento, cioè oggi 13 alle 6:15 A.M. e il taxi non è mai arrivato.
Ma ironicamente mi è arrivata la mail di presa in carico effettivo del servizio, oggi pomeriggio, quindi ben 6 ore dopo l'ora dell'appuntamento.
Valuterei un cambiamento circa le modalità di conferma e un controllo del vostro sistema di gestione delle chiamate.

Nos confirmaron la reserva y llamamos Nos dieron un teléfono y cuando llamamos nos dijeron que no había taxi disponible y nos colgaron sin más. Volvimos a llamar y no nos ayudaron, volvíamos a llamar y directamente nos colgaban.. no aparecieron nunca y tuvimos que irnos al final en transporte público.. la experiencia fatal y nada recomendable
