I brought my dog Lexi in for standard grooming on 17th March 2026. She's a samoyed with white long double coat. The girl who looked after her has done a TERRIBLE job! She didn't rinse the shampoo correctly. Lexi's ears were not cleaned. Her paws were half trimmed. There were bold patches on her back legs. Her tail was over plucked. After a week or so, I've noticed skin infection. She had several hot spots on her inner tights, tail and plenty of flakes. The vet confirmed it was likely due to incorrect grooming. Poor Lexi had to take steroids for 3 weeks. I paid 65 euro for standard grooming and over 80 euro for the vet bill. I'm beyond angry and disappointed. Someone who doesn't know how to groom this difficult breed should never touch it. I was very happy with the previous visit, so it's very upsetting that my 11 year old girl had to suffer so much because of incompetent groomer.

Slow delivery compared to competitors, but the box arrived in tatters. Food packaging has dust all over it. But actual food exactly what I ordered

The dog food is too expensive

Excellent service and great quality balls (Tough Bounce)that are perfect for our Staffy who loves playing catch. He is very fixated and will only play with the Tough Bounce balls which are 65mm. He WILL NOT play with the High Bounce which are 60mm.😆😅
