While the order was fine there is always an issue as to the condition of the order when it's delivered. Our last order was like it had gotten a kicking. Our postman clearly doesn't like to deliver heavy parcels

Dreadful place in the last month
Dreadful place in the last month. Due to renovations. The place should have been closed. No consideration for staff let alone customers with noise. Dust, cables and pipes etc on the floor which you have to try and get around. Extremely dangerous. Sadly petmania is all about money and not safety for staff and customers. 😏🙄

Great selection great service
It was the only shop I could find treats for my dog who was recently diagnosed with kidney disease. I ordered the treats in the afternoon and I got them the following day. I was very happy with the product and the service. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you
