I ordered two garments; they were prepared and dispatched very quickly, arrived by courier sooner than expected and were very well packaged. I recommend this store and would order from them again.

Customer service is non existent.
I have a subscription on my dog’s food.
I got an email saying payment had failed. I called my bank who said no attempts were made. I logged onto my account and no issues listed, i tried to call the company hundreds of times as well as sending messaged via the website. No-one ever answered the phone or replied to my voicemails or messaged. I had to set up again, this has taken ages to resolve meaning i have run out if their current food and have had to buy a different food until their usual food arrives.
Really poor, i am very disappointed.
This company does employ some customer facing counter staff who are bright, friendly and do their very best to be helpful. However, the company is simply not equipped to deal with on line orders. In my case it accepted payment and offered a delivery date for a product that was shown as being in stock but, in fact was not.
The company made no effort to inform me that the horse rug I had ordered was out of stock - something I only discovered when I enquired about the promised delivery.
The company has options on its telephone system that attempts to connect you with staff who are not available. The telephone system offers to take a message and have someone call you back - something that doesn't happen.
A manager (William) to whom I complained appeared not to understand why I was not happy with the company's performance and suggested I had 'got out of bed on the wrong side this morning '
I suggest that you do not place online orders with this company.
My order hasn’t arrived - no dispatch email, no tracking info. I was charged 11 days ago. My order is a 3 weekly subscription for pet food, which I’m about to run out of and find it extremely difficult to get pet food that doesn’t upset my dogs stomach. Tried calling, won’t connect. Tried emailing 4 different emails on website, some bounced, others I’ve been ignored for days, and another states she’s on annual leave and says to ring the phone number that … doesn’t connect! I have submitted forms via the website and waited the 48hrs it recommends.,. Does anybody work at this company or?! Baffling.
I bought a pair of boots in good faith on Black Friday and received an email stating a refund was being issued just 3 days later. Redmills claimed they had made a pricing mistake and would not honor the price at which they had sold me the boots. Because of this, I missed out on the chance to buy them elsewhere at Black Friday pricing. Their pricing errors are not my concern - they should have let me keep the boots since the transaction was completed. Had this happened in a physical shop, I would have been able to keep the boots once the purchase was finished and I had left the store. The same principle should apply here. I am beyond disappointed and will NEVER shop at Redmills again.
