Ordered food for my dog which arrivedâŠ
Ordered Core dog food for our French bulldog as itâs the best dry food for his stomach. It arrived within a couple of days. I always order from Petmania and very happy with the service.

Out of date cat food
I ordered 2 boxes of expensive cat food for an elderly cat. One of the boxes was out of date by 2 months. The other is going out of date this month so is barely in date. It took 2 emails to customer service to get a replacement. The rep who eventually got back to me was helpful and apologetic but it's not good enough, especially when it's food specifically for older cats who likely already have health issues.

Wrong product was shipped
Wrong product was shipped. Instead of shipping the product I ordered, two packages of a different product, with completely different names, completely different coloured packaging, and completely unwanted, were shipped. Then, when I contacted Customer Service, they placed a regular order and stated that delivery would take 2 - 3 days, instead of sending it via overnight delivery to correct their mistake quickly and remedy the situation as soon as possible.
