Poor customer service in Newbridge…
Poor customer service in Newbridge branch. Racist,age discriminatory comments from Irish staff towards foreigners. I use to buy for my pedigree cats, but no longer going to that shop. Business owners should know what they hire cos their business depend on customer and seller.

So very bad!
I ordered 2 bags of dog food based on Maxizoo deal on 4 October which said delivery would be within 3 business days.
The food never came and I'm away from Sunday so I wouldn't be able to access the delivery, apart from being out of the dog food! I eventually managed to get to talk to a member of staff and explained that I needed this food immediately. I was told they'd call me back. I told them that I needed a response with a solution as I was going away on Sunday. I offered to collect the same bags from a local Maxizoo but they wouldn't permit this.
After no call back, I called them back that afternoon to be told that there's nothing that they can do. Because they can't ensure delivery, they have now cancelled my order and offered me a 10 euro voucher. I asked if I could at least use this voucher in a maxizoo store as I cannot trust their online service and the guys told me, no!
Seemingly there was a 'technical' issue with their orders..last week when they took my money but never bothered to notify or refund me!
Absolutely disgraceful service and absolutely disgraceful attempt at a resolution. I won't shop here again. Anyone reading this, learn from my experience.
Day 2 of this shambles
The next day I come home that evening to discover that after everything, they had delivered my package today! After telling me yesterday this was NOT possible!
In the meantime, we had no option to order from another site so we went out and bought another 14kg bag for €94.
I am so cross with how Maxizoo has handled this. And then they email me to tell me they're happy this was resolved!
I have no words for the complete shambles and the utter lack of accountability from Maxizoo to resolve this yesterday and then to communicate that they had actually sent it.
Beyond frustrating!

Reliable and fast delivery every month. The doggos love the food,so it's worth it with the gree delivery factored in. The store is great too, staff are always very helpful and knowledgable, the shop is spotless. Always good to have a browse if I'm in the area.

Cannot recommend this shop enough. I visit the Midleton store weekly and the staff are just amazing. Ian is amazing at his job and always takes his time to talk through anything that I have questions about. Would be absolutely lost without him. Finally found the perfect food for my 6 month old cavapoo Loki, the fussiest dog in the world. Great work all ye.are a pleasure to visit (Loki thinks so too)😍 🐶
