Usual rubbish
They don't deserve any stars.
Magna community safety team as usual not fit for purpose.
You can do anything, commit criminal damage to other people's property & Magna say its OK to do, just don't be seen.
The current community safety team is as bad as the last lot they had, in fact worse, this lot can't even use a phone.
Housing officer...... what is that? What is their job description exactly?

Don't be silly, my HO is fully aware of what is going on, he chooses not to deal with it.
As for complaint procedure, I am fully aware of the pointless process.

Criminals
The management of this company is horrific, the discriminated against disabled people. Do no follow their own policies,bully and try to intimate vulnerable people. They fail to safe guard, they do not provide safe homes,leaving children at serious risk.
The actual workers who come out are usually good but are let down by poor management.
Management who lie and ignore.
Official complaints are glossed over and not upheld even with evidence so you are forced eachtime to go to the ombudsman. Magna continue to fail customers, don't abide by their own contracts and new without a doubt the most trauma inducing company I have ever encountered. Someone needs to ensure they abide by the law.
Serious ongoing disrepair, mould,damp and dangerous temperatures over 2 years and counting.
After following magna complaint procedure on more than one occasion it's clear management just lie and ignore evidence.
This company is not fit for purpose and do not comply with the law.

I've just had a New Kitchen put in by two of your workers name's are Steve and Richard I want to tell you I want to highly recommend their hard work they're caring their tidiness and the details to their work job is fantastic I am so happy with the kitchen it is unbelievable and I must admit my mental health they were so polite and made sure I was feeling safe it's unbelievable. Alway's said good morning and good night they are two great people to have working in my hone please pass on my greatest thanks to the pair of them.

Magna are totally incompetent fence…
Magna are totally incompetent fence damaged in NOVEMBER and they had the cheek to send me an email asking if the repair was satisfactory when they have been nowhere near the place if I could give minus 10 stars it would not be a true reflection of Magna,s attitude i have even registered a complaint with them and they told me it was upheld but still no repair so what is the point of wasting my time so anybody looking to rent a property from Magna be warned!!!!
Yet again Magna have sent another request for a review if I am satisfied with the repair that has not been done yet
It just goes to show how incompetent they really are damaged in november still no repair in June perhaps I should be seven months in areas wit my rent they would soon do something about that because that is all that interests them no I won't be replying to any emails or questionnaires like Magna I can't be bothered

Useless repairs services
I am waiting for a leaking pipe to be fixed I was given a date in October!!!!! . I am having to put towels down everyday to keep up with the flooding I have children and run a busy house my water bill is going to double . I am still waiting for a call back to get this fixed. This is shocking! Why do I pay rent? .
