Appalling disrespect for the time, love, money and care that tenants invest in their homes. Seven years and counting of extreme damp and mould , worsened by shoddy and piecemeal ' repairs' .Their entire attitude appears to be that tenants simply don't matter and that their lives are worth nothing at all and the unbearably degrading part is when social housing stigma kicks in so that others blame YOU for the state of the property when it is Yorkshire Housing who are to blame .

I contacted Yorkshire Housing to book appointments for my home repairing. Yorkshire Housing always takes prompt actions and seriously confront with issues what their tenants may encounter in. I’m much appreciative with that! Thank you for the Customer Experience Advisor Abid communicate with me. Abid is helpful and smart to resolve my issue. He can comprehend the problem and provide solutions quickly. I am fully satisfied with his service and attitude! Finding a new home can be overwhelming, but the support I received was exceptional. They were patient, explained everything clearly, and guided me through every step. I was offered a one bedroom flat and the whole process was so quick and easy. The property is well maintained and I am very pleased with it. Every interaction I have had with Yorkshire Housing has been positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking social housing accommodation

This review is based on my personal experience. Every single person ive dealt with in north yorkshire housing has been lovely, me and my children cant thank them enough for how much they've helped, there all proffesional courteous and well manner, a credit to the proffesion I wish them all the very best with all there future endeavours

I appreciate having somewhere to live after years of homelessness it's a life line for anyone who has this experience I don't really like how there's no customer service desk even in housing options in my local area .. the staff are based in west Yorkshire and I won my bid with the council with North Yorkshire choice based letting while receiving support from the mental health services I have completed this and I have improved my life to the best of my ability.. my housing officers are always on a withheld number which I find dodgy and there not very clear about any issues between neighbors and I think they are bias towards myself..

Spoke to Sarah R who was really helpful, I had a handful of queries and she dealt with every single one effectively and efficiently. I can’t thank her enough for getting it all sorted for me.

I had to phone Yorkshire Housing this morning regarding an upcoming repair , unfortunately the fault had had got worse.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Sarah who was professional, reassuring and very friendly which makes all the difference to me.
She immediately arranged for one of their plumbers to attend later today.
She is a credit to Yorkshire Housing .

I had a great experience with Yorkshire Housing who found me a property.
Communication was fantastic - I had constant updates every step of the way from Mollie who explained everything thoroughly. Mollie was helpful understanding and very fast arranging details, sending emails and answering mine making the whole process an easier one.

Yorkshire housing mia has been fantastic helping with my mum new home she went over and above to put use on the right road help with decorating furniture would definitely recommend this housing to any one . Customer services is outstanding very friendly and professional

Fantastic experience getting my Grandma moved into a Yorkshire Housing Retirement Scheme. Katrina, Scheme Manager at Garden Court, has been an absolute star. Right from the first point of contact, she has been working hard behind the scenes to ensure the sign up and moving in process has been as smooth as possible, that we have been kept informed throughout, and that we have been made aware of all the things the scheme offers. She has done all she could to minimise any potential obstacles or delays in this process, and also to help us get the new flat as suited to my Grandma’s needs as possible. Somehow she always manages to hide any stress and with a huge smile on her face. We can’t thank her enough ❤️
