Santa at The Dorford Centre
We saw Santa at The Dorford Centre with our grandchildren. They were both given a present to open now and one to have at Christmas time. There were cakes, biscuits and hot/cold drinks available as well, which the children enjoyed. Santa was funny and very knowledgeable when the children were asking about different toys/games they wanted him to bring when he came to bring presents.

Magical Christmas experience
This was very well thought out and ran very smoothly. Santa was absolutely brilliant and my grandson loved him. The grotto was very pretty and the refreshments were very welcome.

Santas grotto
Magna had put on an amazing grotto for the familys. There was snacks and drinks and things for the children to do. My grandchildren loved seeing santa and reciving a gift from him. All the elves were only happy to help, the whole experance was really lovley, well set out and santa himsef was amazing, interacting with the kids (adults included). It was a really nice experance for the family.

Above and beyond
Chloe Gallagher and Rachel Kelly went above and beyond to get some heating in my home today. We had work men here upgrading gas pipes which lead to us having no heating. Chloe and Rachel got some heaters and brought them to my home. Thank you chloe and Rachel.

Everything went well from reporting a leaking tap to getting the problem fixed, plumber was brilliant , arrived on time was polite and completed the repair so quickly, no mess to clean up after he had finished. First class job.

The man got the job done and informed my partner to report the other radiators as need to be replaced to be honest the person who fitted my radiator should have gone round all the rooms like they was supposed to do but didn't and that's why I had the problem in the first place and would have seen i needed new radiators upstairs but to be honest he didn't want to fit the radiator in the first place as he questioned me about the old one when he can clearly see it was in a state plus he knew he needed to fit it as it was on my report and the radiator was in the van I just feel like jobs I get magna to come and do never gets sorted also when I moved in this house none of the doors was replaced they all got holes in them that was all down to my housing officer bridie who has left magna she made me replaced damaged doors in my old house before I moved and just didn't care about what I had to move into it's disgraceful and how am I ever going to get new doors now as it's been e years and I can't afford to get new ones it's a joke if I'm honest so I'm not happy with any of it really also kitchen bathroom all old and just crap aswell so that's my thoughts on magna

Emergency Repair request
I had requested a repair on Monday 13th October but had then subsequently had to escalate on the 15th October due to the damage to the wall making it unsafe. within three hours Magna had arrived in site and effected a repair to make the wall safe. really appreciate the speedy response thank you

Customer Satisfaction
Magna have always sorted out any repairs that l have done without any problems. Staff have always been helpful and courageous without attitude, which you seem to get a lot of nowadays. I am pleased with the way that they have treated me over the years.
