An urgent situation but not classed as an Emergency ....
A relatively urgent situation occurred on Saturday afternoon and needed urgent attention. Contacted Magna online repairs on Saturday afternoon stating it. Very pleased by quick response. I received email on Monday morning, an operative would attend within 24 hours. 5pm that day an electrician turned up to make area safe. The Emergency phone number, however, wasn't so responsive and I gave up waiting for it to be answered!!

During our out of office hours our phonelines are with our out of hours team which manage many contracts so can take a little longer to answer, although they will answer you. If you have a routine repair I would encourage you to report this on the website and the Customer Care Team will pick this up. Melissa did a fab job today dealing with my job request. I had one where I needed the date changing she quickly found a new more convenient date and another one I had concerns for safety over she did all she could to get it sorted quickly for me while handling another job as well she’s an absolute star person and I really appreciated her kindness and support

Magna have been brilliant for the 4 and a half years I’ve rented from them. Most recently I’ve had another pest control problem, Donna, customer care adviser contacted me on the same day I put in a request. She was caring, kind and supportive to my problem. Resolved very quickly and then she followed up with me the following day to make sure the exterior company had made contact. She then wished me and my family a merry Christmas. Great customer service, as always. I’m a very grateful tenant. Thankyou!
