Tutoriels en pdf manquants
Cela fait depuis le 24 novembre que j'ai mentionné ne pas avoir reçu mes tutoriels (en pdf) et toujours rien ne bouge. C'est frustrant!
Et pourtant, le matériel à l'air de bonne qualité... Mais je ne sais rien faire avec.

Did not send ordered items and no reply to emails
I ordered a loom tutorial set and only received the yarn for the tutorial and nothing else. I have emailed the company three times to fix the mistake but have not gotten any replies. I hope they reach out soon to send me the other items as I was looking forward to using them.

Le métier à tisser est conforme à mes attentes sauf que je n'ai pas reçu le pdf d'instructions soit disant inclus dans ma commande et que je n'ai eu aucun retour à mon mail de réclamation. De plus cette commande est arrivée si tardivement que j'ai bien cru qu'elle n'arriverait jamais.

Great experience
Great experience, ordered it to the Middle East, arrived via FedEx. Nice quality loom and a cute bag. Customer service assisted me with a mixup I made with the order address. They were very helpful and quick to respond.

Gros délais de préparation!
Les produits sont toujours très beaux mais les délais de préparation sont très longs. Lors de mes deux dernières commandes, plus de 10 jours pour préparer mes colis. Je n’en ai pas commandé tant que cela. Les 2 fois j’ai du écrire au service clients pour qu’enfin on m’expédie ma commande… Ils s’excusent en disant qu’à cause de leur opération promotionnelle, ils ont eu beaucoup de commandes.
De plus cette dernière commande je l’ai reçue dans un carton, les pelotes direct dedans et posées à côté 5 grandes feuilles de papier de soie… pas de soin… Au moins je pourrai réutiliser ces feuilles pour emballer moi même mes créations… Dommage, j’aime beaucoup ce qu’ils font…

Quality little loom, company was responsive to my email
I bought the 10” loom and it’s a well-made little loom. It came with assembly instructions and I downloaded the pdf for the helpful weaving info. I live in Colorado (USA) and was impressed with how quickly it arrived. I like how easily it can be disassembled and stored or carried in the cloth bag. Can’t wait to start weaving!! Definitely recommend this company to weavers (or those interested in starting).
