Huurteam Nederland Omdömen 

Absolutely useless. My issue was complex and awkward (otherwise, I would have handled it perfectly well myself), so I was simply ignored via email for a long time. Only after all critical deadlines had passed—and following several desperate calls from me—was I told that nothing could be done. Yet, they didn't forget to keep charging the "membership" fee! It’s disgusting!
It seemed as though the "team" was actually just one overworked person.

Wegens langdurig geschil ivm veel te hoge servicekosten door de verhuurder heb ik Huurteam NL ingeschakeld. Vanaf het eerste moment tot en met de laatste seconde ben ik uitstekend bijgestaan door dhr. Hendriks. Ondanks grote drukte met andere cliënten en vermoedelijke onderbezetting heeft hij betrokkenheid getoond en was hij telefonisch en per mail goed bereikbaar en kreeg altijd wel een reactie. Bovendien heeft hij voor elkaar gekregen dat ik substantieel bedrag terug heb gekregen van verhuurder ivm teveel betaalde servicekosten afgelopen jaren én daarbij een onmiddellijke verlaging gerealiseerd heeft van € 167 per maand. Ik beveel ze van harte aan! Bedankt.

Ik heb mijn eerste formulier 25/25 juli ingediend. Maandag 27 kreeg ik een mail met het verzoek of ik mijn huurcontract wil delen. Meteen gedaan. Verder niks gehoord. Nog een keer gemaild. Geven aan dat ik was verwezen naar servicekostenformulier. Was niet gebeurd, maar anyway nogmaals gedaan maandag 3 aug rond 14.30. Aan het einde van het formulier werd ik bedankt voor het invullen en dat ik binnen 48 uur een reactie krijg. Niet gebeurd. Woensdag gebeld om 14.31 (na een wachttijd werd opgehangen omdat het te druk zou zijn, ik heb een voicemailbericht ingesproken, ik zou binnen 24 uur gebeld worden, niet gebeurd). Daarna nog geprobeerd om 15.17 en 16.02 uur. Ik kreeg een bandje te horen dat ze gesloten zijn en we onder kantoortijden kunnen bellen. Ik ben lid voor 14 euro. Ik snap niet voor wat. Ik ben al een week verder en heb geen inhoudelijke reactie gekregen.

I had a very positive experience with Johnny from Huurteam Nederland. He handled the communication with my former landlord professionally and took a lot of stress out of what could have been a very difficult situation. I especially appreciated how understanding and attentive he was to my situation while always being transparent about the available options. Really delighted with the service that the Huurteam has provided. HuurTeam Nederland was absolutely great with us, they explained everything and eventually helped us to lower our monthly rent price by 57.5 %. The service is highly professional and quick. I highly recommend them

I would not recommend Huurteam. I paid the 120 EUR starting fee for a rental deposit recovery only to be completely ignored by them for about a month.

I managed to recover the deposit on my own, thankfully.

After the initial review, the team acknowledged their errors, apologized, and refunded the 120 EUR fee.

Top service, rent back from Landlord

No communication and transparency whatsoever, they made me pay 120€ and then they stopped responding to my emails. I am now asking for the money back and again, no response. This company should be illegal and I will be looking into this.

We had a good experience with huurteam. We contacted them to get our deposit back from the landlord, who refused to give it back. It took some time for everything to be processed and for us to get the deposit back, but eventually we did. The process was simple and clear.

Huurteam Nederland was great. Everything explained clearly and on-time, very eager to help and the no cure -no pay policy is also great, since it doesn't require upfront payment and it is accessible to people from different socioeconomic groups. It is a great and care-free solution if you have problems with your rent - I highly recommend it.

Was ik afgelopen 8 maanden goed geholpen door de huurteam met een geweldige afloop van mijn zaak. Meneer Hendriks is zeer professionele aanpakker.

Easy to work with and helped to get back more of our deposit. Very glad to have found them!

It took a while due to the court process etc but eventually I got my full deposit back! Communication could be improved but I didnt feel in the dark at all, and also legel proceedings take time which is understandable! At the end of the day its the result that counts and in my case it was a fair result and they got the job done!

I had a bad experience with them unfortunately.
Regardless they claimed to be no cure no costs policy I needed to pay €650 in advance.
I was promised to get around €10 000 back since I paid to much, and should not pay double for periods, to get the deposit back, legal fee, etc.
After that basically no real cure happened. No real representation. Only thing happened is that he sent email to the landlord. After the 1st email I needed to ask him to send the email reminders because the landlord was paying some more back in installments. We did this process for about 3/4 of the year. I have received back around 2k and he told me I should not expect anything more.

I have a very good experience with Rental team Netherlands. They replied directly to my questions and helped me very fast to reduce my rent. The procedure was fast, around 3 months in total!
I was feelings always protected my law, and without them the procedure to lower my rent probably would take way longer. The compensation they ask, is very fair.

Great service! Johnny took care of my process and we got our full deposit. Fees are also quite reasonable
