Am very angry with the service
Am very angry with the service. My shein didn't update for 2 days then it update the day for delivery .l tryed to call the center to change my number since mrng only to wait in queue after it drop l used almost R80 just for call n my delivery failed . After it did l try call again n when they reply the place. Was noisy n the person who helped was slow to help n my airtime finished whilst l told him n l have to start again . N only to tell me l have to wait 48 to wat hrs.

I went onto my Shein orders to track my delivery per chance and saw delivery had failed because they tried to deliver to a business address after hours. There was no call from them to say the parcel was on it's way or couldn't be delivered. If I didn't check the Shein website I would be none the wiser. Tried calling Buffalo. What a joke. Held on for an hour and 37 minutes, went from caller 44 in line down to next in line and was then promptly disconnected!!! No idea where my parcel is or how to contact them. Terrible service.
Pathetic
Item was to be delivered Friday. Courier contacted me by WhatsApp to say he was on the way. Then i receive an email to say i wasn't at home: i waited in all day, at home. On their online system it says not delivered due to "wrong pin drop". I WhatsApped repeatedly. emailed 5 times, emailed through the online form 5 times. NOTHING. not a response. rip off, pathetic.
Disgusting service
Buffalo service is disgusting and poor. It's disgustingly poor. They don't even have a right to call it customer service because there is no service at all. Their numbers are useless- non-existent and their call centers are just trash. They claim they delivered my package but did not even call me. Now I am sitting here with no one to contact, wondering where the hell is my package and when will I even receive it. Truly these people have pissed me off today. Shein must do themselves a favour and use another logistics company because these people are the worst. They get 5 stars for being the worst logistics company.

Buffalo Logistics service is poor
Buffalo Logistics service is poor. Call centre agents cut the call on you, don't wait a minute for you to speak before talking on top of you. Previously when the driver used to make contact for delivery, the driver was extremely rude, would call and say they will leave if you don't answer the door yet they are at the wrong address. Buffallo doesn't know what's going on with shipments, the customer has to continously call to follow up. What's the point supporting Shein if they make use of useless courier services.
I have uploaded my documents
I have uploaded my documents, onto Buffalo site, numerous times. I have phoned the call centre every day for the past week trying to get an email or contact for customs to get my documents sent through, but to no avail. Most of the time when finally becoming caller no 1, I get an automated maschine that states the agent is not available and to try again later.
I am on the verge or cancelling my whole order and never again ordering from Shein. This has been a nightmare of an experience.
Just another poor service provider
My first time ordering through Shein as I was always sceptical. Little did I know that there was way more in store. I ordered on July 30th and received after a few days, a notification indicating delivery from Buffalo logistics between 8-10 Aug 2023. It's the 15th, no feedback regarding the progression of my order or anything. To make things worse they have such bad ratings and most of the consumers have been complaining about Shein using Buffalo after several poor service deliveries and general correspondence. The reviews on Hellopeter is just as worst. I am still awaiting my order and also failed trying to reach out to them as no feedback are given just automated correspondence. Also, upon tracking my order via buffalo's website, my package is at the Cape Town facility since Aug 8th??? Why aren't you guys interested in your customers and communicating with them where need be and when they reach out to you?

Great Service from Reliable Store but the Courier Company IN SA is the worst . First parcel received was half the unit second half was here from China in a week delivery on the other hand sucks fist stated that I was not at home on the 14 of July what a lot of crap they don't phone you they just return it to warehouse twice and then return to sender and the W\A is total bull they dont even read it

Absolutely rude and put the phone down when I insisted on speaking with someone after receiving an email confirming my parcel was delivered. I have however not received anything.

Ridiculous Service. I ordered a parcel from Shein. It had arrived in SA,Taxes all paid for. Waited for a call from a driver on delivery day but nothing .I then receive an email saying parcel was delivered but driver gave my parcel to another person instead of calling me. And I have no idea who this person is. Still waiting for them to find out who they gave my package to. Shein will be losing business from South Africans because of Buffallo Couriers 😡

They use a courier company called Buffaloex to ship and then never deliver the products.
I ordered my products on the 3rd of March as a gift.
Then on the 17th when trying to track the order, they say it's been

The courier company called Buffaloex also has no functional local number to phone them on, they only list this

It has now been over a month and still no products with 2 ruined events.

Would have been more fitting if I were able to given negative stars. Contacting them is useless as they are to scared to reply. Their parcel tracking is a scam and so are they, if been waiting more than a week for a reply from any of the numerous contact info I tried but there hasn't been any reply. My parcel is supposedly packaged but seems they lost it while packaging it as they haven't updated anything about it. Guess I lost money by using I'm probably going to have to take them to court to even get a reply. Using buffalo curses low blood pressure thanks to their exceptional client service. Next time I'm using a random pigeon, I sure I'll get better tracking and client service.

Buffalo couriers/logistics a company that you simply cannot rely on. They need to close down and give the business to companies like Fastway, DHL & Ram. The service is pathetic. Their staff have no manners and should not be employed in the service industry especially in customer service. I hope you they lose their contract with Shein, they are simply not equipped to deal with a company that large and you have absolutely no business processes. Try action coach!!! To date I still have not received my package. It has costed me more than I could afford and has literally spoilt multiple functions and my Christmas. My kids had no clothes due to this useless company. I also spent in excess of R2000 in phone calls only to be cut off and ignored. I tried to arrange a collection in Johannesburg and that never happened. I am still waiting for my package. No feedback to date. I am not done and I will be taking this matter further. I am not the only one.
