This company doesn't reserve a single star and should receive a zero rating!
It is impossible to reach them by telephone. Their number has changed and when I phone the new number, I am told that I'm number five on the waiting list. This happens five times in a row every time and then the line goes dead.
When I phone the cell number given on their website a spam message appears on my mobile phone screen. Again, no response.
I submitted the following details via email, but received an electronic answer stating that the order number isn't recognised.

VAT AND IMPORT DUTY PAYMENT OF R80-02 was done on February 29th.

I am still waiting for my parcel after paying the VAT and import duties two weeks ago.
This company doesn't deserve to do business on the Internet or anywhere on the globe if this is the way they treat their customers.

I have a package that has been at the warehouse for more than 72hours and no information has been updated on the tracking site, when I request a live chat no one can assist me and when I ask questions the agents end the chat and I have to start from the beginning again.
Poor refund service
Since 04 December I have been requesting my refund from Buffalo After paying them double costs for my delivery Due to first payment apparently not received They request for their banking details and their POP But when making use of their online link neither of those are available So now they have robbed me of double courier fees I have send numerous emails where they keep on requesting the same information over and over and over again This is quite frustrating and VERY poor service!!!!!

Last week Saturday on the 6th Jan I got a message that I requested a reschedule and I kept quite that time they have never called me today again I received the same message.. The sad part is I have been calling buffalo since on Monday the 8th Jan with no luck on parcel telling me I will get my order before the end of week . Very incompetent service provider. I paid for my parcel on the 2nd of Jan, its now the 9th Jan 2024. They still say they have not received it. I email it to them as a "PDF" format several times, but still they will send a response saying, "please send POP as pdf format"
Like what the hell do they need... So frustrating and disgusting service. I tried their whatsapp helpline its even more pathetic...

They are horrible. 3 of my orders were supposed to be delivered and every time they get returned with literally the most nonsensical reason ever. Waiting for a shein order but buffalo keeps sending me update emails with the incorrect delivery address, tried calling them, the whatsapp doesn't get answered. Have sent multiple emails with regards to this, got a response saying it will be resolved yet i still received another update email yesterday showing the incorrect address. Automatic reference, which means you cannot add your own reference. I have sent the traceID several times and Buffalo Logistics refuse to honour their agreement.
They are so incompetent, they keep asking for a POP which is only linked to EFT and not credit card. This is the most incapable delivery service I have ever came across.

Hw can your company improve u ask?- find the thieves that steal our goods and prove to us that they get justice for the stress they cause us. Imprison those rats.. Top management is responsible for the thieves at bottom level. These couriers dont even ask customers to sign. Once when asked hw com- was told company policy. That's hogwash. Hence there's no paper trail of lost goods. Pathetic service by Buffalo. 7 grievance from me. The stolen package is the cherry on top. SCAM COMPANY! ORDER NEVER ARRIVED
I placed an order on SHEIN and within 2 days the order was already in SA. The problem started with this company. I kept tracking my order for days and to my surprise I receive an email saying I have successfully received my order of which I DIDN’T I was then told to wait 48 hours so they could “investigate”. They don’t communicate with you, nothing from the company, no communication from the driver. Unfortunately they don’t open on Saturdays otherwise I would have drove there myself to get my order because this is a dodgy company. NEVER AGAIN!! I hope SHEIN stops collaborating with you guys because you are giving them a bad name!

Am very angry with the service. My shein didn't update for 2 days then it update the day for delivery .l tryed to call the center to change my number since mrng only to wait in queue after it drop l used almost R80 just for call n my delivery failed . After it did l try call again n when they reply the place. Was noisy n the person who helped was slow to help n my airtime finished whilst l told him n l have to start again . N only to tell me l have to wait 48 to wat hrs.
