On the 8th at 12:16 I missed 2 calls from one of your drivers. He only called twice within a minute as I was at work I couldn't answer however an hour later I called the number back and he said he was by my place, I told him that My helper is there he can take the parcel home and he said he left which is kind of understandable. I then sent and email to offices to provide your offices with my helpers contact details and alterative number but no response. I then called your offices and spoke to one of your customer agents to check if I can leave my helpers number for delivery I was told your system does not do that. I then ask if I can collect the parcel in person directly from your warehouse and was told is not possible. wow your service is veeeeeery bad can everything is impossible with your offices?????

what makes me angry is the fact that i never received any email or sms stating that I should expect an a delivery or that my delivery is on the way. for two days I have been expecting my delivery since it was returned but no call to reschedule nothing!

PLEASE FIX YOUR SYTEM AS IT'S NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!!

Worst ever I'm still waiting for the parcel when I called them they hang up the call when I'm checking the track they updated after 5pm saying it's one west bay 5 with reschedule next day 5pm saying it's left in branch am stressed will I ever get my order💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭

The packages don't get delivered under ridiculous excuses. The drivers also lie that the phone call has not been answered when no calls had been made (it's easy to prove). There is no place on their website for official complaints or inquiries. Who runs this company? Why don't they take responsibility? I'm not going to buy from Temu again.

I’ve been waiting for my order from Shein since last week, this buffalo rubbish people keep saying my delivery failed due to an incorrect address 😡😡😡how?!! Because I placed another order the same day with shein and iMile delivered it without any problems. I want my clothes. This is ridiculous!!!

My second delivery at the same address, one received on the 22/04/2024,next delivery loaded into vehicle out for delivery, and I get an sms yesterday they returning due to incomplete address, must pay postoffice R10 to verify address..RIDICULOUS,,HOW DID THEY FIND THE SAME ADDRESS 2 WEEKS AGO. The live chat is BOT automated,they don't respond to emails, answer their phone and now due to terrible comments on Facebook have blocked the platform, you DM them they don't reply.My tracking number is BUFZA6034063118YQ...DUE TO BUFFALO PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM TEMU OR SHEIN

They dont even deserve the 1 star...
I paid my tax on 15th March and I am still receiving notifications that my tax is unpaid. I even sent through the proof. They don't reply to emails or watsapps..
There has not been any tracking updates on my parcel either.

Rubbish logistical company

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They don't deliver and make excuses that telephone wasn't answered, but they never even came or phoned. Nobody responds to e-mails or whatsapp messages and the telephone does not get answered ever. An alternative should be provided by Temu and Shein!!

Terrible service and unreliable:Buffalo

I order a package from Temu
Buffalo did not deliver my package. I email them, whatsupp them. No reply. I called them 3 times and ws each time 15min on the line. With every call I had to wait. The delivery information show that the package was delivered but with no signature. This is a huge concern as it an only mean one thing that my package was taken. In the same breath, Buffalo deliver another package of a client staying in another province, Brixton which is quite far from Middelburg Mpumalanga. How on earth do they drop a package with a Brixton address at my address? This clearly show that they don't care. Maybe they decided to take my package for themselves and give someone else package to me. The drivers don't even call a client when delivering. It seems that it to much of a effort for them!!!!!!! Buffalo can not be trusted at all. This is my third time that I have to make several calls to Buffalo to trace a package
They are taking days before delivering.

Worst logistics company to have spawned in south africa.
When someone wants to do business with you, you need to bend over backwards for that client. Right? Well buffaloex doesnt care about potential business, you call them and leave a message with the receptionist and you dont receive a call back. Then you call again multiple times, and you still get ignored. No one ever calls you back. You send emails to them, zero replies. Very nice. Not to mention how stupid, incompetent and rude the receptionist is.
Definitely a mickey mouse company.
Stay far away from them.

Under no circumstances deal with this group. They should get zero stars. Even better a negative 100 star.

First, they took 3 weeks to get the parcel to me. They are doing a delivery on behalf of "Reliable stores". Which is far from reliable. When I started to send emails to Reliable Stores about not receiving my package then suddenly this courier services called Buffalo woke up and wanted to deliver quickly.

Yesterday they claimed that they phone me, but they have their delivery address. Security confirmed that they were not at our complex. I am a caretaker that is always at the complex. My stepson is also at the complex. Security is at the gate full time.

This morning, I confirmed with the driver my address again. I also included my location via WhatsApp. I have proof of such communication. Security was informed to block them at the gate and to accept the package on my behalf. Again, no delivery. For the second time.

Then they came later with another excuse. They phoned me and I was not answering. I confirmed that they were not even at the complex with security. Now they want to charge me again. For no delivery.

We also verified the security cameras. They were not at the complex at all.

Please people stay away from this group. There are many companies out there that can provide a service. These guys are ****mers. They have no clue about the word service delivery. They are ducking and diving with this package and they are probably in cahoots with the company called "Reliable stores". They have no package, and this is probably why they are having all of these excuses.

HORRIBLE, WORSE COMPANY, INCOPETENT BUNCH OF LIARS

this is the worse company anyone can ever use, so unreliable, bunch of liars, rude delivery guys. I have been waiting for my order since last 2 weeks, paid my tax and waited till today nothing. Shein needs a new logistic company to use because these are useless, incopentent liars.

I have received a message to make payment on my courier fees and it went off twice now I'm trying to get my refund but this useless company don't awnser emails or phone calls not to mention a WhatsApp that is not even responding to your questions
