Extremely disappointed with Fastway…

Extremely disappointed with Fastway Couriers. A more appropriate name would be "Slowway" because their delivery service is anything but fast.
On Friday, I received a notification saying my parcel was out for delivery. It is now Wednesday, and the parcel has still not arrived. When I track it online, it appears to be stuck in a "grey zone" with no clear update or explanation.
Trying to contact Fastway is almost impossible. Customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and there seems to be no communication regarding delays. Customers should not have to spend days wondering where their parcels are after being told they are out for delivery.
If you value reliable delivery and communication, I would think twice before using Fastway. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing

I've been waiting 2days for my…

I've been waiting 2days for my delivery,today will be the 3rd day. Phoned them yesterday and it's always a struggle to get through to them, when I eventually got through they gave me the driver's name and number. Tim told me that he has the package and would deliver yesterday, he wasn't even 10min away from my address, but Tim never showed up. So I phoned him again after a few hours, he just told me he will still deliver but till this hour (a new day) I'm still waiting. Phoned their office but no answer. Worst service, never ever again

Hi I am verry verry unhappy fast way courier services is soo soo poor I never had this services before in my life ever I am so unhappy my package from temu was left on the ground I was not even home some one else took my package and wrote for it today....again someone else took my package my number and my address is on the app but no call no sms nothing this is sooo bad sooo soo angry will never buy online again.....

They say that they will bring parcel - do not bring it.
Cannot contact them - they do not answer there Phones
E-mail - they do not answer.
WhatsApp- cannot help you
There is no way that they answer your query

Incompetent

I don't know who works with the WhatsApp but they all incompetent. They will answer you and then ignore you for hours. Service delivery is is just pathetic and the sad part is you can't choose your preferred courier. You stuck with this below par service.

Unbelievable experience

Looking at other reviews, it seems the gross and seemingly deliberate incompetence of this miserable excuse for a courier company that I am currently experiencing is definitely the norm. I've had the same complete lack of results as others when trying to resolve the problem through all the channels available.

At least they are consistent, albeit consistently providing pathetic service.

Mistakes can and do happen, but it seems like Fastway Couriers actually go out of their way to make the entire process beyond frustrating, misleading and inconvenient for any client that has the misfortune of having a parcel delivered by them (IF it ever gets delivered at all).

If you have the option to do so, avoid this company at all costs. The whole experience will make you question your own existence, and it's just not worth it.

There is zero accountability - the rot in this enterprise clearly starts at the top and travels down.

Any business that makes use of them to get their products delivered to their customers will definitely lose business, if they haven't already, as a result of their customers refusing to place orders due to the piss-poor performance of Fastway Couriers.

The amount of time and resources I've wasted in trying to get the simple items that I paid for to be delivered now far exceeds the value of the contents of this long-overdue package.

I'm no closer to getting any answers. For the sake of my own sanity, I will now simply give up on this up as a shockingly bad joke.

Absolutely appalling on every level.

Delivery delay

My parcel was expected on the 11th May 2026 and today is the 14th May 2026 as it shows from the application notification. When i call to verify i get the same story of my parcel will be delivered at the end of the day which is been happening for the past 3 days now. I'm so angry and frustrated by this courier. Their business must be closed can't meet customer's expectations.

Unprofessional slop company.

Unprofessional slop company.
If I could give -10 stars I would, even more negative.
Basically the single worst courier company in history, and that includes Telkom, Eskom, ANC and PostNET
If it was up to me these place would NEVER get my business.
Food items, they don't care about.
Oh, and their Whatsapp they brag about, you can't even talk to anyone there, pathetic and lies.
Delivery items, they don't care about.
Driver gets the parcel, refuses to try and deliver and sends it back to the depo and we been waiting all day.
What if this was something important for health and safety people would never get it.
This company should be shut down, look at the rating they get. They are lazy dirty scam artists.
I will never NEVER use this company again, NEVER ! I'll go to their competition.
I'm sure they bribe people for good ratings, because there is NOTHING good about this trash company

They're just not good.

Got a notification that my package had been delivered but i never got anything. When i called the delivery driver i got no answer. Came to find out they delivered to the wrong address, because the lady that got my packages was kind enough to message me and arrange a pickup

Unreliable

I'd created a collection 4 days ago on Bob Go, promising a next-day collection, and the drivers have still not collected. I didn't bother calling into customer service, because I've done that before - they reassure you that the couriers have been notified but nothing gets done. Just don't use Fastway. A colleague was relying on this

Stay away from Fastway Couriers

The worst courier service (oxymoron) because they don't deliver when they say they will deliver and you can't contact them. They don't answer the phones or e-maiIs, and their WhatsApp line is also useless. in future before I order and buy online, I will first be checking if they use Fastway Couriers, I won't order. Not once have they delivered when they said they would.

I have been waiting for a delivery now …

I have been waiting for a delivery now for almost a week. Firstly is they couldn't get hold of me. But my husband was at home.The next day may package was on there truck or delivery van the whole day. No attempt to say why they couldn't deliver. The package taken back to South bay 2. The Thursday the same thing whole day on a track,again no attempt to contact me or anything. Back to south bay 2 my package went.Then it was the weekend and public holiday .Then the Tuesday on there van again for the whole dayto say they can't make out the address but why couldn't the call me.To wait like an idiot the whole day for a package that ddnt come . I really dnt understand if they couldn't make out the address to call and confirm. Then you have to pay there prices for delivery and this is the service you get. I would have like to upload the screenshot of there tracker system just bad. Try phoning you get put on with a robot or no one answers. Clearly they dnt respect there business that's why they dnt respect our packages

most pathetic service ever waited 4 days for a parcel that already reached it destination . you guys play too much games when it comes to your work and hope you dont deliver any of my future parcels highly unacceptable

Service
The worst service lately. The delays is hectic, and then the excuses for the delays even worse. No communication as if they do not want to release the parcel. You must phone in to query your parcel and then they tell you, they were waiting for a copy of your ID, but there were no communication to you about an ID beforehand...this behaviour is unheard of , especially with the popi act in place. And I must add, the parcel consist of small items. Now, if you do not phone in, what do they actually do with your parcel/s?

Poor service

Poor service. No help or answer on the provided contact numbers. No information when your parcel will be delivered. Late deliveries, far past expected / given delivery dates.
