I wish there was an option of a minus…

I wish there was an option of a minus 10 stars. I have been waiting for a delivery that was stuck in Elandsfontein since the 30th of May. Yesterday the 3rd of June i checked and learned that the parcel could not be delivered as the cosignee was not available. A lie because i stay in a guest house where there is a receptionist and i was also in my room. This morning the 4th at 7:09 the parcel was scanned out for delivery. It is not delivered and no update. Useless company. DO NOT USE.

I had a delivery scheduled by Skynet…



I had a delivery scheduled by Skynet (on behalf of Samsung) between 08:00 and 17:00, and the agreed time window was completely ignored no delivery, no communication, and no updates.

To make matters worse, I then had to use my own airtime to follow up with their call centre. I spoke to an agent named Sharleen, who was unable to confirm the driver’s whereabouts. After being placed on hold for nearly 10 minutes, the call was abruptly disconnected with no explanation or resolution.

When I called back, I was told that the agent was on another call. No accountability. No follow-up.
Now, the situation has escalated further, the tracking website has been updated to state that the consignee was “not available.”

👉 How is that possible when I have been waiting the entire day for this delivery?
👉 I have made multiple attempts to contact the office and even tried calling the driver directly after being given his details.

I contacted the driver, Ngwako Malatii, and his phonewas off. This is completely unacceptable. Updating the system with inaccurate information is misleading and reflects poor conduct and lack of integrity.

This raises serious concerns:
•👉 Is this the level of service Skynet provides?
•👉 Is this the experience Samsung customers should expect?

This situation is unprofessional and unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on both organisations. Customers should not have to chase deliveries, incur personal costs, or deal with false status updates just to receive basic service.

@Samsung — it’s time to review the service standards of your delivery partners.
@Skynet — this requires urgent attention, accountability, and corrective action.

I had an excellent experience with Skynet Worldwide Express. Their service was incredibly fast, smooth, and reliable from start to finish. The staff were polite, professional, and very supportive throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the regular updates and clear communication regarding my shipment. My parcel arrived safely and on time without any issues. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their customer service and delivery experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for trustworthy and efficient courier service!

Skynet Worldwide Express. Terrible experience!!

What a terrible experience!
After purchasing dining chairs, we received an sms notification that the delivery will be made on Wednesday 22 April. The delivery never arrived nor did we get a call for an attempted delivery. I called the following day (Thurs 23 April) to enquire, and was told that an attempt was made the previous day, which was not true. During the call, we also picked up that our unit number was erroneously captured, and if the delivery truck has been outside our gate and couldn’t reach us through the intercom, they would’ve called my cell number but they didn’t. No delivery attempt was made.
The service consultant then confirmed the delivery for Friday 24 April. Once again, the delivery never arrived. I called again on Saturday 25 April, and no reason could be given on why the delivery failed but I was assured that the delivery would be made on 28 April. Needless to say, they failed to deliver! I called them again, and was told the matter is being escalated and that they’d provide feedback before the end of the day. As expected, no feedback was provided.
Today, 29 April, I sent an email letting them know that we didn’t receive feedback the previous day. They sent a response saying the matter has been escalated to their branch to make arrangements.
When you see Skynet Worldwide Express, just know that you’re going to have a terrible delivery experience!

The worst

The absolute worst delivery company I’ve had the misfortune to come across. They are not “express” in any way, shape or form. They are rude and unhelpful in terms of customer service. If you’re shipping internationally, God help you. Your parcel will sit idle for days and the website randomly crashes.

If only you could give a negative…

If only you could give a negative number, they keep sending me proof of delivery I keep telling them not my mailroom! They send the picture again! I am now out $400 and still cant get a complaint started as their website keeps kicking me off the form.

I had three outfits being shipped from…

I had three outfits being shipped from Pakistan to my home in Houston, it reached Dallas, Texas on March 18th and from then on we have not received any other updates or any thing regarding my package, their customer service is awful and they do not respond. I have yet to receive my package and do not know where it is except its last location, which is Dallas, Texas. It never reached Houston, and they told me that they handed it over to Uniuni to hand it over this parcel. And they also mentioned how my tracking number and barcode was never actually scanned, which makes me think. Where is my package after all, the service is very poor. Do not trust these people with your packages at all, all of my three expensive gowns are lost and nowhere to be located, nor are they reimbursing.

I received an sms on the 9th that my parcel is out for delivery, I knocked off immediately so that I can receive my parcel, later on when I track my parcel they said they didn't reach me, I called on the 10th with no answer, they answered after 3 attempts of my calls, I asked them and they promised to deliver on Saturday, it's Saturday today still no delivery and they are not answering calls,i called until 11:00 until i gave up😡🥵( Rustenburg Skynet)

Skynet Worldwide express pathetic service

I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service used for my Shein order. Skynet Worldwide Express is absolutely pathetic. For the past three days, I have been receiving messages saying my parcel will be delivered, yet nothing has arrived.
I contacted customer service, and the agent said she would try to call the delivery driver, who is not answering his phone. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
Please do not use this courier service.

Probably the worst courier company we have used. No communication whatsoever, even the agents hang up on you when asking for basic information. Once they have your parcel you have little chance of getting it back! Do not use these crooks!

Skynet wordlwide the worst ever

Very poor service been waiting for my parcel since it kept saying out on delivery. For 3 days towards the end of the day it says delivery failed due to no one being at present during delivery and couldn't reach the recipient. They didn't call nor were they at the premises. We have 24/7 physical security guards at the premises. This service is pathetic. I don't understand why the companies are still using Skynet. They are the worst. When you do receive yor parcel eventually it is so full of stickers stating you were not available.

Horrible service

Unfortunately there is nothing less than one so I’ll have to give them one star. The service is horrible, they’ll give you a useless tracking number which won’t be even updated so you won’t be able to know where exactly your package is.

I sent the parcel for delivery on the 7th and there is no update after the 8th. Today is March 17th and still no update. Skinnet has ruined my Eid. They are very bad. They not giving msges answared even. I'm frustated

I am writing to complain about my shipment (Tracking number: 930712414009).
The parcel was collected on 7 March, but there has been no proper update since 8 March. I was expecting to receive it before Eid, but it is still not delivered.
This delay has caused me a lot of inconvenience. Please check and let me know the current location of my parcel and the reason for the delay.
I would also like to know if any compensation is possible

Very quick and nice service

Very quick and nice service. My car licence disk delivered on time, on sunday if was in jburg ,tuesday morning 0800hrs ,out of delivery in capetown, 1300hrs received my parcel, great service

Good day

Skynet World is pathetic. The second year that I have problems with them to deliver my parcel. They phoned the wrong number then just left it at Pep Cell in our town and signed my name 'RENE'. 😡😡

I am definately going to report them to Nedbank, through which I paid my car licence and also on social media and Hello Peter.

The package was just left at Pep Cell in my town by the delivery guy and for which he signed 'RENE' on my behalf😡, and I was NOT even informed of this. After stressing the whole evening, making enquiries at my neighbours, on facebook and my town's whatsapp groups.

Today, after I contacted your offices again, holding on for a long time, the driver went
to pick it up from Pep Cell and delivered it to me personally. He said he phoned me and showed his phone, but it was discovered that he phoned the wrong number, namely 073 625 1777 and my number is 073 325 1777. My correct number appears twice on the package, as you will not on the attach copy of the package.

I paid for my car licence on Thursday, 26th February, received NO sms'e and only after I started making enquiries on Mondag 2nd March, I suddenly started receiving sms'e, and the WAYBILL number, that my package is made up and will be delivered Tuesday 3rd March.

I waited Tuesday the whole day with my ID ready, but my package never turned up.

After I phoned this morning again, a very helpful lady got hold of the driver. He then collected it at Pep Cell and delivered it to me.

Very disappointed in the service Skynet World delivers, after I also experienced problems last year.

And what about all the airtime that I wasted l, as a pensioner, just to get hold of someone to assist me 😡. Will I be refunded for all my airtime and data I wasted?
