SkyNet should close it's doors!!!

SkyNet is, without exaggeration, the worst courier company I have ever dealt with in South Africa. Calling this a “service” is misleading, because service requires action — and SkyNet delivers none.
We paid for a parcel collection early morning on 27 January 2026. As of 12:30 on 30 January 2026, the parcel had still not even been collected. This is completely unacceptable.
Despite numerous phone calls, emails, Facebook messages, and attempts to contact them through their website, nothing has been resolved. Staff give empty promises, provide no real updates, and appear either unwilling or unable to take responsibility for resolving the issue.

As a direct result of SkyNet’s failure to perform a basic courier function, our client has now cancelled their order. The damage to our business reputation and client trust is real — and SkyNet appears completely indifferent.
If reliability, communication, and accountability matter to you, avoid this company.

Statut du colis mensonger

Je suis avocat, et je devais recevoir une pièce d’un dossier adressé par un de mes client, ce colis devait mettre remis par Skynet, lorsque que j’ai regardé le statut de ce colis le 5 décembre il était noté livré contre signature ! Je suis demeuré au cabinet toute la journée du 5, et personne ne s’est jamais présenté !
J’ai donc demandé à cette société de transport de me présenter le bon de livraison soi-disant émargé et tamponné avec le cachet du cabinet et subitement on m’a indiqué que le colis réputé livré le 5 décembre me serait livré ce jour soit le 14 janvier, ce type de pratique n’est pas tolérable et mériterait d’être sanctionnée. Donc un seul mot d’ordre faites très attention à ce transporteur indélicat.

My vehicle license disc was never…

My vehicle license disc was never delivered.

False update saying no one to receive the package when in fact someone was at the address all day and night.

I am going to Saps to open a case of theft against Skynet so I have a case number and proof when I am summoned to court for unpaid traffic violations and Skynet can be held responsible.

Would NOT recommend to anyone!

Worse courier company ever

Worse courier company ever!
They are sending me emails daily parcel is out for delivery for 4days but still no delivery!
The order i made 1 week ago is already in dispatch from cape town (IMILE)
SKYNET still making excuses for why my parcel is not delivered in 4days!

Undelivered parcel for multiple days

Good afternoon,

I made an order online and you, Sky Net were selected as the courier company. Sadly, I am on my second day at home waiting for a parcel [I have not even left to go to the shops without someone being here to collect the parcel] that still has not arrived even after receiving communication its out for delivery. Tomorrow will be the third day I am waiting on a promised delivery.

I have called multiple times and am told a different story each time. It is very poor service!

I have never had a problem with this online company as they have used other courier companies.

1-Star Review – Skynet Worldwide – Absolutely Disgusting Service

Worst shipping experience of my entire life. I regret choosing Skynet Worldwide every single day.
Placed order, paid, everything looked fine at first. Then… nothing. Complete silence.

After 9 days of waiting with zero updates on the tracking, I decided to contact their "customer service".

What a joke.
The staff was extremely unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no idea what they were talking about. One person told me the shipment is "probably still in Dubai", the next one said "maybe already in Canada", and the third one literally said:
"We are not sure where your package is right now."
ARE YOU KIDDING ME??

You are a shipping company and after more than a week you don't know on which continent my parcel is located??? That's not just bad service.

Tracking page is still dead. No movement, no scans, no explanation. Just pure frustration.

Never again. I advise everyone: RUN AWAY from Skynet Worldwide. Your money and your nerves will be much happier with literally any other courier.

Worst company. Worst experience. 0/10. Avoid at all costs! 😡

J'allais écrire un avis, mais en lisant TOUS les autres avis négatifs (en commençant par celle de l'IA google) je me suis dit, que rajouter de plus, à part que votre le nom que vous avez choisi pour votre enseigne est largement plus impressionnant que vos compétences

Pathetic

Pathetic. Customer service is non-existent. They send messages saying that the package is on its way - 3 days later and still haven't received anything.

Skynet South Africa collected parcel on 10 December 2025, today is 24 December 3025, still no Parcel, you struggle to get answers, you struggle for hours on the phone, VODACOM PLEASE GET A REAL COURIER TO DELIVER YOUR PAKAGES!!!

The global award of worst service ever.

I paid for a door-to-door delivery service. The driver stated, without hesitation, that delivering to the customer’s door is not company policy.

The driver was explicit that the restriction was not discretion, inconvenience, or error, but an official rule. A door-to-door service whose policy excludes the door is an interesting business interpretation.

Customer service mirrors this logic. Responses are slow, disengaged, and entirely procedural. Resolution is not attempted; repetition is preferred. This ranks comfortably among the worst customer service experiences I have encountered.

Given the current operational standard, I would recommend the company reconsider its scope. Before attempting last-mile logistics, distributing eggs and poultry products may be a more appropriate match for the level of accuracy and care on display.

Efficient billing. Minimal delivery. Expectations are managed exclusively after payment.

STAY AWAY FROM SKYNET!!!!!

Worst experience ever! I'm a patient individual but all of that patience goes out the window when you're dealing with such a deplorable organisation.

The customer service is nonexistent, inconsistent information from all levels. The agents will make you wait for more than an hour just to send you an irrelevant response and end the conversation without resolving the issue or even saying goodbye. Do yourself a favour and stay away from them and any business that uses their service.

Please do not use this service. Otherwise, you may face the same problems we did.

This was the worst experience we have ever had. We booked an important document shipment from Dubai to Pakistan through Skynet Worldwide, and it never even left Dubai. In the end, we had to go to their warehouse ourselves to retrieve it.

The Skynet worldwide service was extremely poor and unprofessional. Because of their negligence, we had to face visa cancellation, which caused us serious stress and loss.

Please do not use this service. Otherwise, you may face the same problems we did.

Avoid using Skynet

I received a notice that delivery will be on the 14th and to make sure someone is available with a ID identification. They don't show ... Today is the 18th. No update not apology, and 4 days of waiting.

This is shocking service. Avoid them at all cost. A one star here is even too high a rating.
