The good thing is the have 24h tech support by chat. This is also polite
The bad thing is I have a hosting issue they "fixed" unlimited times over 2 years by chat or tickets and is never fixed while every single time is promised to have been fixed.
There is a limit to everything.
Every month I loose time chatting about it and I cant do my job as I cant login and you should have the capacity to really fix it.
This unfortunately I had to do so as you take the client seriously.
Please also check how many times I mentioned it before posting anything here and I do during the time I m wating for one more time the same fix ..
