No Stationary for weeks now

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of communication and assistance concerning my stationery delivery.



Despite sending multiple emails (14 to be exact) and submitting online queries, I have received no response or update regarding the status of my delivery.

This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially as I have made several attempts to resolve the matter through the appropriate channels.



As a customer, I expect timely communication and professional support when enquiring about our stationary orders.

The continued absence of any feedback has caused unnecessary inconvenience and expenses on our side.

I request an urgent response with an update on the whereabouts and status of my stationery delivery, as well as an explanation for the lack of communication.

I trust this matter will be addressed promptly.

Great delivery

I bought an item with a company that used courier guy as their delivery service and they were amazing.

I got email updates to expect my parcel and that they had received it. I got sms updates as well as a code for the driver that he was able to re send quickly.

The driver phoned me about 15 / 20 min before he arrived so that I knew he was coming and he was really polite and on the ball.

SHIP WITH COURIER GUY AT YOUR ABSOLUTE…

SHIP WITH COURIER GUY AT YOUR ABSOLUTE OWN PERIL!!!!! How is this company even still in operation? Customer Service on their dedicated Whatsapp line is a complete waste of time, as is calling their National Service Center.
I was advised yesterday morning (18 May 26) that a parcel had been placed in the Locker closest to me. Upon trying to retrieve the parcel the error message displayed was that the parcel was not there. I jumped through all the hoops on Whatsapp to be informed that there was a "software issue" at the particular locker and after providing ALL my details (shouldn't they have them since the package has my address on it????), I was advised that a driver would collect the parcel and that it would be delivered before close of business. THE PARCEL WAS NOT DELIVERED BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS. Fast forward to this morning (19 May 26) when I AGAIN received the same pin and message telling me that the parcel was ready for pickup ... cut and paste ... same error message. I drove the the closest Kiosk (Key West in Bedfordview) where the unhelpful person with whom I have had the displeasure of dealing with before, jotted down the number of the National Center and said that I should call them, as the kiosk (despite being the SAME COMPANY!!) did not handle the lockers.
I have phoned three times today, having been assured that the matter had been escalated yesterday ... and then being told TWICE today (once by Desma and once by Darius) that the escalation had not occurred, but that the driver would MOST CERTAINLY collect the parcel TODAY to make sure it was delivered to my home. After spending 20 minutes waiting on each call, they were dropped ... SPECTACULAR CUSTOMER SERVICE INDEED.
So ... up shit creek without a paddle, waiting until TCG bothers to send a driver to collect my package and deliver it to me ... who knows when?
My advice is not to use this company, and when I am ordering things online in future, I will make sure that the shipper DOES NOT USE THEM. STAGGERINGLY USELESS and not worth the time, money or hassle

Bad service

Multiple times I had issues with their service and they are absolutely useless when it comes to communication.
It let you wonder if they have any customer care consultants as their phone lines just rings without any answer at the call centre and their e-mails take forever to be answered.

It takes 3 days just to collect a package which is an absolute joke!!

2wice now they have not delivered

2wice now they have not delivered. 1st package was sent back to supplier now 2nd time... I receive sms and emails saying 'out for delivery' for the last THREE DAYS and have given address and cell number to them 6 times.

they are HOPELESS!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed with the service…

Extremely disappointed with the service received.

This is now the SECOND separate incident where items transported by this courier company from Johannesburg to Cape Town arrived damaged. Both damaged during transit despite being clearly marked with fragile stickers.

What makes this even worse is the response received from the company. Instead of an apology or any acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused, the immediate response was simply to quote their terms and conditions stating that delicate items are sent at the owner’s risk.

You proudly advertise on your website:
“We treat your pakkies like they’re our most valuable possessions, from pick-up to drop-off.”

Unfortunately, my experience has reflected the complete opposite.

If fragile items are accepted for transport and payment is taken for the service, customers should at least expect items to be handled with reasonable care and professionalism.

Accidents can happen, but poor customer service, lack of accountability, and zero empathy toward paying customers is what is truly disappointing here. Do better.

Communication is HORRIBLE

Communication is HORRIBLE. I enquired if I could change the delivery addresss a day before delivery was scuedueled I was told there would be feedback - they just ended the chat.
I go through the entire ai system again get left on read for half an hour before I said "bro am I even talking to a human" I get the reply "lol I am a human" then I get put back onto the AI chat again. Even if I need to pay more I swear I will never use this company again.

The Courier Guy has become the worse service provider

We have had an account with The Courier Guy for a long time, and I am disgusted with the attitude from the WhatsApp chat. I was just cut off from the chat. This delivery was for overnight delivery for a actress for her mics. There was a delay from their side that they did not collect. So, she got the mics late. Then when i questioned this on The WhatsApp chat i was rudely responded to as I am not paying for overnight because of a delay on their side. I am not leaving it here because this is not how you do business if it's your fault then you need to own up to it and credit back for failed service.

Terrible Service To The Max

I was supposed to receive my parcel on 1 April, only got it on the 9th and you guys are unreachable and liars. Didn't contact me not once in those 8 days and you driver Tshepiso had attitude(Told me he'll just return with the package it's not his problem. On top of all that you only tell that you don't deliver to Boikhutsong on the day of the late delivery and that I would have to fork out another R270 for your driver to deliver to my address. You service is the most terrible I've received.I humbly ask that fire yourselves. The abovementioned unnecessary delays and uncalled for predicament was with the Klerksdorp branch by the way, if ever you were willing to solve thier customer service issues which I doubt you will.

First off…

First off when you pay money into their account according to their terms and conditions when you want to close your adminstration account you forfeit that amount. So in short if you are not happy with our service tough luck, is the message it convey. What it primarily means never do business with a business before reading the Terms and Conditions. And The Courier Guy has a few tricks up their "sleeve".

Revolting service...

Two parcels were collected at the same time from the same address and delivered on 7 April. Both were wrapped thoroughly in bubble wrap, yet arrived with severe damage. It was clearly thrown and stepped on. Disappointing service – requesting investigation and feedback

Incompotent and worst service.!!

Incompotent and worst service.!!! My parcel was sent on the 13th (monday) its the 25th (wednesday) and my parcel is not even close it keeps beong moved between the same places.!!! Its my baby diapers and i have been without diapers for days mow because its the whole months diapers!!!

We have being using courier guy since…

We have being using courier guy since they were a small company, kept with them over the years. Last 2 years they empowered someone new as operations manager(I suspect) clueless regarding customer care -ie. the people/businesses paying the bills !!!. Late pickups and deliveries, messed up packages and lately changing the way how customers book an pich-up at the satelite station lockers. How did you mess up a system that perfectly worked for years ? Why ? Have you lately did an QC on your system ? How can you expect a customer paying for an locker, recieving the pin - "OK" and then arrive at the specific locker to deposit the package, only to find another parcel/item is still not collected or even worse - GET THIS !!! another deposit was done to the same address supplied by courier guy to deposit the item, how dare you double or triple book the same locker and the first to arrive is " TODAY'S LUCKY WINNER" - I have to go again later or tomorrow( for us this is an 115km gravel road roundroute 2.5 hrs wasted) This is fraud and you better get rid of managers that will responsible for the downfall of an once great operation, please sort this nonsense out quickly !!! This is not a system issue, this is an disrespectful management issue.

The Courier Guy phone to let me know my parcel was damaged in transit Ruben was the person who phoned me and send me pictures. They would have done an investigation. As a client you are not allowed to see the video camera footage and then they phoned to say there was no negligence from their side. They are not willing to take ANY accountability on their side and will not refund any cost

If i could give less than one star i…

If i could give less than one star i would have done so, their Port Shepstone branch online staff absolutely hopeless and despite the fact that they got my parcels mixed up they dont consider it important to get it right, instead left if for over a week till the driver who got it wrong back at work????? What does that have to do with me???? Sort your problems out with your staff but in the meantime you should do what you are paid to do and that is to deliver from a to b in the shortest possible time. Leaving this until the driver back has nothing to do with me sort out your issues yourself.

Locker Space Visible

I love pudo lockers and its convenience. The new system whereby one is able to deposit in any locker is excellent BUT we still need the option of seeing beforehand if there is space in a locker, especially for people that are on foot. Prime example would be SHELL PARADISE PLACE which services a large area and the lockers are constantly full. For a person on foot (not knowing the time lockers will be empty) this might require multiple trips. This definitely needs to be rectified. This is an ongoing problem in particular with this pudo locker, what a waste of time.
