Poor service delivery, always delaying orders. I will not recommend to anyone
Unprofessional liars
I don’t know why Telkom still uses Courier it they are the worst,Yesterday i waited the whole day for them to deliver then at around 5pm they send me a communication saying they couldn’t deliver because there was no one in the Address while i was waiting for them that driver Zakhele Mhlanga is a liar courier it is unprofessional.

Courierit has a driver called Quincy Belgians, customers have been complaining about him since 2022. It's 2026 and I'm one of the customers complaining about the same person. He picks up people's parcels and drive around town with them, then send them back to depot. He's been doing the same with my parcel since last Friday. I'm appalled by the company's poor service and how the only consultant's solution is only to escalate the issue to the supervisor, and that's the last you'll hear from them. Burn the whole thing down, man!

A new development. The company said they attempted to collect (false - as we had a whole team at the office), and then Cancelled the service themselves. Incredibly dishonest. AVOID
Pathetic Service
I have been waiting for over week for them to collect a package from me. Imaginary "Failed Pickups" as an excuse after receiving collection notifications. Customer Care is basically non existant as their WhatsApp chat bot is dumber than a pile of rocks. Requested Live Agent and it would appear there aren't any. Phoned them and, after 8 minutes on hold, just got cut off. In my opinion, CourierIt is probably one of the worst courier companies on the planet.
I would rather deliver my own parcel by foot than use them. Might actually get there faster if I do.
Very disappointing service
Very disappointing service. My parcel was handed over to them on the 24th April, and as of 9th May, I still have not received my delivery. The tracking information continues to show “out for delivery,” yet no delivery has taken place. Multiple failed delivery attempts were followed by inaccurate or conflicting explanations. Despite repeated follow-ups over more than two weeks, the issue remains unresolved. Extremely poor communication and unprofessional service.

They deserve a zero start.. 1 is too much
If it is possible to give Courierit a Zero I would. Their customer line is non-existent. When we phone they tell us, you are caller number 10, then it goes down to lets just say 2, and then back to 13...and so it goes. No one ever answers. Needless to say im removing them as a courier "partner" in my business.

Thanks for the reply CourierIT but a bit late now. The Waybill no was: CDM132108761 and parcel was delivered on 28th and we are blessed with an excellent internet provider Afrihost that credited us for those days. I really do hope you take better care of your customers in the future.
Extremely disappointed with the service. A SIM card was supposed to be delivered on Friday (April 24th), but it never arrived. To make matters worse, the tracking link now says 'unable to locate parcel.' It is unacceptable for a company to take payment for a service and then fail to deliver the essential hardware. My son has already been billed for a service he cannot use. Terrible communication and unreliable delivery.

worst service ever. they say my parcel was delivered yet it was not. received by someone i don’t even know. i would not recommend that company to anyone. worst of all now is when i check my delivery status it says unavailable

Worst courier company in south africa, my previous parcel from cellc i had to physicaly collect the parcel from the depot myself they never phoned me nothing an it was lying in a cage probably never went out for delivery. Cellc needs to do better and change this awfull courier company. When i ordered this parcel after 3 years same story different day.

Yhoo I don't even know what to say. It's the worst service ever. They didn't come collect my goods after booking no communication whatsoever and it's messing my plans financially. I tried to call and no one picks up the calls even Rtt headquarters.

I was informed via email and WhatsApp TWO WEEKS AGO that delivery of my new iPhone would take 1–3 days.
Two weeks later, nothing.
An agent phoned me this morning to reconfirm my address and guarantee delivery today.
Now I receive a notification on your useless tracking system saying the delivery cannot be fulfilled.
This is hands down the worst courier service I have ever dealt with. Zero accountability, zero reliability.

The worst experience I have ever had with a courier company. They have no regard for your time. I have had a parcel that was supposed to be delivered a week ago and everytime I call they give me a date and time it will be delivered just for it not to show up. Their customer service is just as terrible. They drop calls left and right no matter how nice you are.

They do not deliver. Got watsup in the morning waited the whole day, nothing on the map. At 1930 i get another watsup, nobody at address. Im here all the time. Then tried to contact them various ways, absolutely no response. This business is extremely pathetic

Worst courier service possible. Do not answer the phone and when they do they still can’t help you. The last time someone answered she said she’d call me back with feedback which does not happen. It’s been a week that the driver has my parcel and when I ask for them to deliver they just don’t. Still waiting …..

If I could give it 0 start I would. This is the most useless courier company ever. The took 4 days and still could not deliver a package only 40 km away.
