I waiting 3 days now for my parcel from Adidas Johannesburg.

The parcel arrived in Cape Town on Wednesday morning 3 am and went out on delivery at 8:13 am. Didn't receive the parcel on Wednesday.
I went out on delivery again on Thursday morning at 8:50 am also didn't receive the parcel on Thursday.
Went out on delivery today at 8am, still didn't receive the parcel yet.
Craig from Courierit it Cape Town promise me he will make a plan, but still no parcel.

Courierit Cape Town service are beyond pathetic.

This service is pathetic, it shows my parcel was loaded in vehicle at 7:30 and i had to wait till 6 but still no parcel. There depo is around the corner where i work and they couldnt even delivered it.

The company is not reliable they sent a communication twice that my parcel is out for dilevery whilst they never made it to my addres, that time I reside in Hatfield the address was specific and you can never go wrong with GPS...till now I am wondering whether I will get my parcel or not

I feel that 1 start is too much to rate my experience with Courierit. Firstly, their customer service is pathetic. Their service delivery is horrible and really bad. My personal experience was with the Johannesburg branch.
Waiting almost 14 days for me parcel to be delivered and up until this day i still do not even have a waybill number to track my parcel.

Their collections department ladies are horrible at their job. They put not effort into assisting you or at least try and understand your frustration. Im am absolutely disgusted by the way i was spoken to and will never ever reccomend anyone to Courierit. I feel this review is not 10% of what i feel like saying. Please get people who are either competent to do their job or employees that actually help.

After two attempts to deliver a package, this courier was still unable to find the address. Shared a pin and verbally explained to the driver but they logged an incorrect address error. None of their support contact numbers work. DO NOT USE THIS COURIER SERVICE.

Courier It just need to shut down their company operations because they are by far the worst courier company ever. Not even SHEIN uses such a useless service provider to courier their parcels. I called Saturday to find about the delivery of my parcel and the customer service lady that assisted me assured me that it will be delivered on Monday, I call today to find out my expected delivery time for my parcel. The lady on the other end of the call to me that my parcel is on their floor, however it is registered as an RTT parcel I mean wft? Yet the waybill number is a Courier It number. They are the most incompetent, disgusting and below the barrel low service provider ever; I am not even disappointed by the exceeding numbers of bad reviews they have all that is said is not a liar, as I have experience it myself firsthand

Extremely upset with their bad service and communication! They are not reliable and will never use them again. If you buy something online that they must deliver, rather request your own courier company.
If you phone and ask to speak to a manger, there is also no feedback and they do not even try to get your parcel sorted out. I had an extremely extremely bad experience. I will not even give them 1 star, they deserve a 0. Do not recommend them to anyone.

Courier it is nonsense period, not to mention the drivers are lairs aswell

Courier it is the worst company ever thay dont communicate my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Friday the 12 I phoned and called them all week and never got any feedback.i went to pick up my parcel today they told me that the vehicle has been Hijacked on Friday but never gave me any feedback a email or nothing

They are not worthy to be called a courier company. They do not deliver and blame the customer for not being available, but they never contacted me. That is a blatant lie. If had a choice i will never use them, unfortunately they were chosen. And it cost me a lot of money for their incompetence.

Not only was the delivery done earlier than expected, it was done with smiles! I cannot say thank you enough! Abdoorouf Adams and his team member in the delivery truck, on 7th of June 2024, THANK YOU! Well done on being patient and friendly even after a long Friday, and then making time to stop and deliver our Telkom package. Thank you so much!

Fraudsters. Said they delivered my package and I signed for it. just lies. terrible customer service. The incompetency is unreal.

Delivery was faster than expected customer service is excellent wil definitely recommend courier it in future use

his is the worst courier service ever, they do not update the tracker, when you call they tell you they will call you back and then you never hear from you. When you ask for the drivers number they refuse to give it to you (because they are lying about the status). I will never ever use them or recommend them to anyone, even if they were the last courier company on the planet. I would rather ask a taxi driver to take my package with.

They are the worst courier company ever, the worst! Been calling and sending sms since the 28th of November ( when they were suppose to deliver) i haven't received any feedback, customer services is the most horrible i have ever encountered my entire life, i can't even sleep for the past 3 days because of the amount of anxiety caused by this company, i am going through a lot.

Worst service ever! Delivery took eons to arrive and when the driver, Liberty, decided to drop off my parcel, he was astoundedly rude. He caused a racket, so much so that the neighbours came out asking what's causing the scene. When we tried to talk to him politely, he went off a tangent and raised his voice at us. Please get your act together, Courier it!

I don't want to give any stars. Poor service. I checked the tracking and saw that the area where I live was noted as high risk. This is nonsense!!

Why didn’t the driver contact me? This seems like an excuse for not doing a job.
Rameez Lee from Customer service ensured me it will be delivered today. No results, not even a message.

Absolutely shocking service from this pathetic "courier". Way, way worse than the SA Post Office! Why anyone in their right mind would use these people - even for free - is beyond me!
