Asendia Inoperante

pesima experiencia con Asendia si puediera poner 0 (CERO) estrellas lo haria feliz o incluso negativas, me enviaron 2 veces un producto por este pseudo transportista y jamas llego ninguno de los 2 estuve como 3 meses esperando y nada, el seguimiento no avanza en meses por lo que no srive para nada y la verdad lleva a creer que es una falacia informatica o algo. en mas de 10 años comprando en linea jamas me habia pasado que algo NO llegara quizas se demoraba pero aqui definitavamente No llega no se si es por inoperancia o robos pero no funciona para nada.

qualità del servizio PESSIMA

ho ordinato un articolo molto importante da amazon, conoscendo ormai la sua affidabilità credevo di andare sul sicuro. invece non è stato così poichè l'ordine è partito e dopo 2/3 giorni lavorativi il pacco era già in transito e quindi da questi orrendi corrieri. una volta che è arrivato da loro il pacco ha perso ogni forma di tracciamento, su amazon 0 informazioni, sul loro sito neppure usciva il pacco dicendo che il codice di tracciamento era errato. hanno avuto il pacco dal 1/5/2026 e ad oggi 4/6/2026 nessuna notizia ed il pacco sarebbe dovuto arrivare entro il 26/52/2026. sono stato costretto ad effettuare il reso e aver perso ulteriore tempo.

If you're outside the US and buying from eBay, message the seller first to confirm if they use ascendia

Because IF the seller uses this service, RUN or be prepared for awful anxiety about losing your money. Nothing wrong with the sellers themselves, I blame this horrible company. After receiving the tracking number, I go on their website and read that shipping is temporarily suspended to my country. Okay, then why did you agree to ship the seller's item to me in the first place?! I tried to buy something from a Canadian on ebay whose shipping company wasn't delivering to my country, and guess what?? I couldn't proceed with the purchase in the first place, which saved both me and the seller from this kind of headache. This greedy company, however, didn't even think to notify the US-based seller that it won't be shipping to my country anytime soon. Now the seller and I are in an awkward situation. I don't blame them, I solely blame this company. First ever experience with it and it sucks so bad. Terrible. I hope this company gets banned, but that the employees find better jobs somewhere else of course.

Le pire livreur connu à ce jour.

Son unos estafadores se quedan con las cosas q mandan porq ponen en seguimiento q a sido entregado cuando no es verdad y llamo ala tienda y me dice q les aparece como q fue entregado el.pedido yo por ejemplo hice un pedido en JD de unos tenis 130€ q se fueron ala basura o mejor dicho a algún trabajador de asendia porq son unos estafadores ladrones q no me an entregado el.pedido y dice en el seguimiento que ya a sido entregado no hay ningún número de contacto y lo único q dice la tienda JD q hay q Acer una reclamación para q se habrá una investigación yo por mi parte denunciaré a dicha empresa

El envio se pierde son cosas que pasan
GLS pone en su seguimiento que se pierde
durante un mes la empresa se invento dos falsas entregas que GLS nunca comunico para no pagar la reclamacion, es mas con toda la cara me denegaron la reclamación de perdida
al segundo envio dicen que lo mandan a un punto de envio se inventa fechas de entrega, llamo a gls y me dice que el paquete siempre estuvo como perdido, lo que hizo asendia es inventarse intentos de entrega de gls para que el cliente se canse desista y pague el las perdidas

Auf Asendia ist wie immer kein Verlass!

Ich bestelle regelmäßig bei Etsy aus dem Ausland und bin jedes Mal enttäuscht, wenn meine Ware mit Asendia verschickt wird. Alles läuft super, die Ware wird versendet und bearbeitet ( von USPS ), aber sobald Asendia übernimmt, passiert GAR NICHTS mehr. Laut der Sendungsnummer, liegt mein Paket nun seit mehr als einer Woche herum. Der Status ist seit dem 21.05. unverändert. Leider mache ich mit Asendia nicht zum ersten Mal diese Erfahrung!

Carrier Reccommended by ETSY but total…

Carrier Reccommended by ETSY but total failure for the lost package and damage and reimboursements to CUSTOMERS. ASENDIA provide third hand informations on the parcels and have no idea where the deliveries are, no idea the carriers they use and how to update the tracking. . The customer care is done by useless BOT! A total scam, lost the deliveries, the parcel and the money . DO NO USE THEM

Dear Asendia Customer Care, you would do better to provide decent services rather than chasing negative reviews like mine.
Why are you asking me to contact your UK customer service again when I have already opened and followed up on claim Case | ASE2001240, which remains unresolved? This is further proof of your disorganization and unreliability.
I shipped a small package to the United States on April 22nd; to date, it has not been delivered, and the tracking has been stuck for days. The claims I opened have been useless, as nothing has improved. Do you consider two months for a delivery to the USA acceptable? Perhaps it was acceptable in 1826, but not today, in 2026!
I have had to refund the customer, losing money, time, and reputation—a hard-won client now lost thanks to your indecent service. This is further proof that you are incompetent and unreliable. At the very least, other customers will avoid entrusting their shipments to your ramshackle, prehistoric organization.

À FUIR - VOLEUR RÉCURENT

Dommage qu'on ne puisse mettre 0 étoile. Je lis les avis à 1,4/5 - mais combien auraient mis 0 comme moi ? La note devrait être en dessous.

Colis indiqué livré, rien dans la boîte aux lettres. Juste 3ème fois que cela arrive. Transporteur à bannir, aucun sérieux et peu scrupuleux. C'est juste honteux que des logisticiens fassent appels à leurs services vu leur taux de service. Sûrement un low-cost qui se gave sur la marchandise qu'il dissimule au fil de ses livraisons. Je rage et bouillonne intérieurement !
