C'est écrit colis livré dans ma boîte aux lettre entre 11h à 13h aujourd'hui et il n'y est pas jusqu'à 21h pour vérifier en cas où le livreur est en retard. Mais je ne l'ai toujours pas reçu. Asendia, c'est un transporteur pourri et pas confiance voir voleur plutôt.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! they don’t have any customer service which is the biggest red flag ever and your package is 100% not gonna get delivered if you are expecting a package from their company I would just cancel it right now!

Diese Firma ist ein Witz. Pakete werden weder bearbeitet noch weitergeleitet. Pakete kommen einfach nicht an.
Sowas ist kein Service, sowas ist unterirdisch.
Und wenn man sich die Antworten von Asendia auf die Bewertungen ansieht, dann wird klar, dass kein Wert auf Kundenservice gelegt wird. Nur Standard gelaber.
Solch ein Unternehmen ist unseriös.

It shows we received the data but no physical parcel. As I can’t find it I believe the retailer will need to re-dispatch your items to you.

Lamentable

Lamentable. Le colis prend plus de 3 semaines à arriver. En France depuis plus de 2 semaines.. dans la ville à côté depuis plusieurs jours. Pas de service client car de l'IA répond si on appelle et elle nous rassure que "tout est normal" et qu'on ne peut pas nous passer une personne physique car "on manque d'information".

UX911572560FR I ordered an item 2 weeks ago and the country was incorrect in the label. Since the zip code and the country id not match I tried contacting the shop where I bought the item and I was given Asendia's tracking information. I've tried reaching the company on multiple times, created 2 tickets and never got an answer. Th item has not been update for a week. It seems impossible to get an answer from this company.

Slower than a snail up a greasey ramp!

Tracking number provided by seller shows that my package (a simple bulky letter) left usa 5 days ago...... before that it spent a week being shuffled around Elk Grove Illinois, then to Des Plaines, then back to Elk Grove,
It's yet to land in Australia. It doesn't take 5 days to fly from usa to Australia.
This company is the worst!

The worst service ever! Unreliable and unethical! I bought an item from EBay and the package is on hold since 5th March, the reason being that they cannot ship to UAE due to the geopolitical situation. But that is over and all courier services companies are operating. So I don’t see any reason why the item should still be on hold after more than 2 months. This is ridiculous!! Useless!!

bonjour je laissé un avis négatif pour signaler mon expérience j'ai il y a peut perdu un colis marqué livré alors que je ne le trouve pas dans ma boite aux lettres c'est pas la première fois que je rencontre ce problème la premiere fois j attedais un colis qui me disait livré alors qu il n'étais pas dans la boite aux lettre c'est la premiere fois que je vois ça en 13ans à mon domicile je croyait meme que ça pouvait etre une autre personne dépot de plainte contre x etc... mais par la suite à deux reprises j attends mes colis contre signature ou le facteur signe à ma place et les laisse dans ma boite.... ils étais là je me suis alerté sur le faite de bien suivre mes colis maintenant et de faire attention au jours ou le facteur vient me sonner à la porte pour me faire signer mes colis malheuresement celui là n 'était pas sur signature et il a fini livré alors que je ne retrouve pas mon colis nul part et que je suivait mon colis il n étais pas en livraison d apres ce que j ai regardé le matin à ces horraires car il était livré en deux colis le premier est livré tous est bon c est canaio qui a livré le second il y a eu une constatation quil était en transit tot le matin car je suivait les deux suivie pour ne plus jamais me faire voler j'ai attrapé que le suivie était completement faux pour la poste et asendia leur groupe prestataire j'aimerai dire que la poste embauche des société partenaire prestataire ou il semble qu'il y ai pas mal de problème comme canaio asendia car d après mon suivit let les informations de mon expéditeur il y avait une compagnie de prestataire sous traitant comme asendia qui on eu mon colis vous savez c 'est ceux que la poste embauche avec des gilet prestataire la poste et ils sont payé au colis qu il livre le 3631 ma raccroché au nez service réclamation de la poste j arrive plus à faire de réclamation en ligne à laposte obligé de trouver un mail pour faire transférer ma réclamation asendia pas de réponse non plus par mail j'ai pas de réponse du groupe prestataire la poste asendia et je ne comprends toujours pas comment celà peut continuer faites attention je me suis renseigné sur les prestataire laposte sur les manieres de comment ils vols les colis meme tous les reportages youtube de vol de colis avec les prestataire du dernier kilometre payé au colis livré s me font peur aussi je ne connaissait pas ça mais faites attention meme au suivie de vos colis car ou il a été marqué livré tot le matin j étais debout pour mes 2 colis que je suivait tot le matin et les heures ne corresponde pas à une livraison je suis très déçu je reporte plainte mais contre le livreur car je suis sur de ce que je dis

evitate assolutamente, ho fatto il mio primo pacco su asendia i primi di aprile 2026 e ad oggi 27 aprile il pacco risulta smarrito. Il Tracking al di fuori del loro sistema di tracciamento è inesistente, non si riesce a capire dove si trovano i pacchi spediti con loro, valuto una stella perchè non è possibile metterne zero!

Ho acquistato delle scarpe da regalare a un bambino, sport direct, data ordine 10 02 2026, corriere Asendia, consegna stimata 18 04 2026, bene al 22/04/2026 non si capisce dove sia il pacco ed il codice tracking con poste italiane non riesce neanche a visualizzare il pacco, mi sa che il pacco questa volta l’ho preso io e quel povero bambino che si aspettava il regalo per il 26 aprile. Veramente mai avrei creduto il pacco non arrivasse per tempo.

Colis bloqué plusieurs jours sans…

Colis bloqué plusieurs jours sans aucune mise à jour. Après m’être déplacée moi-même dans plusieurs centres, on m’informe finalement que le colis est sans adresse à cause d’un problème interne. Aucune communication, aucune prise en charge sérieuse sans insister. Service désorganisé et stress inutile pour le client. Heureusement que certains employés sont compréhensifs, mais le système global est à revoir. Ce type de dysfonctionnement est inacceptable pour un service de livraison. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoiles je l’aurais fais plus jamais pour les personnes qui commande sur AliExpress si vous avez pas reçue votre colis déplacée vous directement au centre de tri peut être vous avez le même problème que moi
