THIS USUAL INCOMPETENT RESPONSE TO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND DIVERT THE CUSTOMER TO THE SELLER , WHO IS ****NOT**** RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR FAILING OPERATION!! INSTEAD OF THEM ACCEPTING RESPONSIBILITY, THEY

THE PACKAGE I DESPERATELY NEED FOR A WEDDING IS COMPLETE LOST, DELAYED OR WHEREVER IT IS. THEY DON'T CARE OF HELPING YOU

They are not trust worthy

They are not trust worthy. Their customer service is terrible, but that's normal nowadays. The issues is they will find all possible loopholes to rip you off, if you have him a due refund. That's dubious at best. Stay away from them!

Miserable experience

On January 4, 2026, I bought an item on eBay. I didn't know the company at all. Everything was going well, with updates almost every day, until January 24, when it was "supposed" to have been shipped internationally to Spain. I haven't heard anything about the package since. I contacted support, and they only gave me a generic message saying it was still in transit. Today, February 18, I still haven't heard anything about the package. They haven't given me any solutions or information about it. I find this unacceptable, and I hope there will be a solution.

A scam - not a legitimate company

Asendia was unable to deliver my packages EVEN A SINGLE TIME with other sites and 6 out of 9 packages ordered through EBay were likewise never seen again. "Lost or stolen" - as far as I know the sender never seen them either. Their tracking is nonexistent - meaning it's never updated from the date the item is received - it just vanishes into a black hole. This is a fraud and a scam and needs to be shut down ASAP. Because I have no control and no for-knowledge whether EBay will decide to use them each time I purchase ANYTHING - I am terminating my EBay account and will never use it again.

These guys are crooks

These guys are crooks. They charge exorbitant duty rates that are not in alignment with the harmonized tariff schedule. On top of this they also charge a service fee and handling fee. On my items the 2 added fees were more than the actual duty due on my items, and the duty was 3x the correct duty rate. Crooked company

Avoid Asendia and Punto Activo MX

I had one of the worst delivery experiences ever with Punto Activo, the local partner of Asendia Mexico.

My package from the United States showed “Out for delivery” and just a few hours later was marked as “Delivery failed”, even though no one ever came and my building has 24/7 security and reception.

There is no working phone number, no real WhatsApp support, and no customer service email that replies. The tracking has been stuck for days with zero updates. Their website contact form doesn’t lead anywhere.

This company provides no transparency, no re-delivery attempts, and no communication at all with the recipient. The seller told me they can only contact Asendia by email, and even they receive vague responses.

It’s unacceptable that an international logistics partner operates like this in 2025 — with no customer contact, fake status updates, and no accountability.

Honestly, Asendia should stop using Punto Activo in Mexico, because their reputation is damaging sellers and buyers alike.

📦 In comparison, a parcel I received from Thailand (through Thailand Post + Estafeta) arrived faster and safer than this one from the U.S. via Asendia. That says it all.

Avoid Punto Activo if you can — or request your seller to ship via USPS, DHL, or Estafeta instead.

Ordered a CD from a seller in…

Ordered a CD from a seller in California. Unfortunately he chose Asendia as carrier. The tracking on it ended 10 days ago and I have not received the package. I dont know why anyone ship anything with them. Avoid Asendia

39 days to ship from the USA to Israel

39 days to ship from the USA to Israel. Yes, there was. war, but the day after the war ended, my iHerb package was on a plane and delivered the next day.

Not Asendia.

39 days! And the package was crushed.

I am not sure why anyone chooses them. They just use the post office. Better to deal directly with the post office.

Package lost after return — No accountability from Asendia

In April, Asendia received a parcel sent from the US via MyMallBox. The package was labeled “dangerous goods” and sent back to the sender.

However, that package was never returned, never delivered, and has not been traceable since.

I have an email from Asendia confirming the “dangerous goods” labeling was applied by them internally, yet no explanation or investigation has been offered since the package disappeared.

Both MyMallBox and I have contacted Asendia multiple times, but to this day, there is no resolution.

The contents had significant value, and I simply want one of two things: either recover the package or get reimbursed. This is basic responsibility from a logistics provider.

Shocking

Shocking. My parcel was sent from the US and then misrouted to France, then sent back to America, and finally brought to the UK. As a result I've now been landed with a massive import and customs fee I've got to pay that's at least 100% more than I paid on a previous package that was around double the cost . Ebay needs to stick with USPS as a carrier for packages abroad.

Sad excuse for a company

I have no clue why eBay is using these jokers as a delivery service. I guess that they throw the parcels into the ocean and hope that they float over to Europe from USA. On 3rd of April my parcel was "Dispatched by Asendia". I am starting a "non delivery claim" with eBay as soon as the option will be available (in few days).

Oh, and don't bother contacting them, they don't reply... ever...

Pessimo, tempi infiniti, costi assurdi dogana e corriere scorretto

Pessimo servizio; pur avendo gia' pagato le tasse ad un esercente usa la scorsa settimana un corriere si e' presentato dopo 1 mese pretendendo 44 euro e, notate bene, ha detto che si sarebbe tenuti i 50 euro perche' non aveva il resto. Io non ne sapevo nulla e gli ho detto che avrei contattato Asendia per pagare on line come fanno le aziende serie come DHL . Bene, ne' Asendia ha mai risposto, ne' il corriere e' piu'tornato. Esperienza terribile.

One of the most braindead companies…

One of the most braindead companies I’ve ever dealt with. They “delivered” my package outside in the snow and couldn’t be bothered to enter the lobby. Package was stolen, of course. If your delivery drivers can’t figure that out, it’s time to shut it down. Pathetic service.
