After a 3 week long trip through Long…
After a 3 week long trip through Long Island the package just disappeared. It's now 2 months missing. Support tried to be helpful but referencing to my local provider which does not know anything about the package. Better use DHL they deliver in 3 days from the US to Germany for 18usd vs 15usd and no package at all. I bet they just collect the money and dump the packages somewhere. Never again

DISADVENTURE...
Ordered from America on 29.12.2020 to today 08.02.2021 my package is completely missing, as Asendia says my package was shipped ONE MONTH AFTER I ordered it, after it has traveled all over America. .. Today, asking for an explanation of this delay, they replied that it appears to them to have departed from JK NY on 27.01.2021 now I wonder how it is possible that it has not yet arrived ... Meanwhile they tell me that the service that takes care of the delivery is the Italian post office which clearly tells me "look that the package is stopped at the Swiss customs with some problem". Today I call Asendia again where a person replies in a rude and annoyed way saying that they know nothing and that the Italian post office shoots a lot of nonsense, that it is natural that the package takes a month to reach its destination ...
Now I am wondering what should I do ?? it seems really absurd to me that after I pay the beauty of 15 € for shipping I have to waste time and get nervous by making little serious figures with the seller who I asked to contact the Swiss customs to understand what happens because they do not know how to do their job. .. funny thing that many trackers say it was entrusted to Asendia-HK (HONG KONG) no one knows how being in America ...

ETSY seller will never use AsendiaUSA ever again.
I am an ETSY seller. I sent a package for the first time with Global Postal Shipping on July 2 to Finland. By July 17 the package still had not been delivered. I contacted AsendiaUSA and spoke with a customer service person named, Karen. She gave me the tracking number LS939908989CH and told me they had received my package on July 9th. I have been checking everyday since and it still says July 9th. It hasn't moved. I called again on July 23 and spoke with Karen, she told me the same as before, no help, no investigation. This is the worst shipping company I have ever used and will not use this service again. I have sent four other international packages since July 2 using USPS and Pirateship - all have been delivered: South Korea, Taiwan and two to Australia. It is now August 4. Awful.
Avoid if possible
Their service was usually slower than other postal services, and when pandemic started, they pretty much collapsed. I had a package sent from US to Europe in early March, it arrived today. No status updates at Asendia pages in the meantime at all, and their customer support practically ignored my attempts to inquire about it. Namely, their support person Karen D. would just paste info from their tracking page for this package as a reply, and that's it. The only other contact that I was able to find was of their CEO Rob DiVincenzo, emails also ignored. Amazing that a company with such pathetic service could keep afloat.
