I have recently purchased a Kamado Joe through Ember and Iron. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Any questions I had when trying to decide which one to buy were dealt with so quickly. Once purchased communication was brilliant keeping me informed and on the day of delivery all went to plan. I opted for the build service with the BBQ built and all rubbish removed. Overall I'm very happy I chose Ember and Iron and will use them when I am looking to purchase additional accessories for my Kamado.

Incredible service. I ordered my Kamado Joe in the evening and it was delivered the very next morning — genuinely blown away by how fast and efficient everything was.
