Fantastic customer service from Harry in dealing with my enquiry regarding my monthly premium and was very helpful and dealt with my issue and sorted a new policy at my original monthly payment

I spoke to Gabriel about my faulty washing machine. He was so friendly and patient. The link to make a claim was sent to text and email. He politely asked to check all my details and took new bank card details. Then I had clicked on the email make a claim and he stayed on the line until I had completed it and also confirmed that the claim had gone through. He couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. I would give him 5 stars for service.

The light on my cooker lid. Wanted replacing after it stopped working .i contacted Big Waramtees with the problem and they sent me a E mail. Directing me to a form to fill in on my lap top . I am now going on 92 years old. Filling in forms for a new bulb is a step backwards it puts you off making a claim . Which could be the idea of the form . I could have been sorted on the first phone call by simply asking the questions then as it was when Big Warantees started.

Friendly professional and informative

We had a fridge warranties from big warranty. We had paid for 5 years and when it broke it took big warranty over a month to get an engineer out in the end the fridge was right off as per their terms and conditions they should had offered a like for like replacement but instead they offered a quarter the value of the new fridge- very disappointing after 5 years. This insurance skim is noting but scam.

made 2 claims in a year. First they charged over £300 but never completed the repair. I complained twice: no reply. As a cancer suffered i am appalled. Just claimed for a broken hob, irreparable accidental damage. Original cost £279 6 years ago. Replacement now around £370 + £120 fitting. They offered me a paltry £119. Unbelievable. Avoid like the plague!

I wasn’t able to to complete my on line claim as I couldn’t get the model number for my my washing machine as I can’t open the door so Michael helped by completing the form for me which really helped
