The engineer did not complete the job. Complete waste of money. Beware this company - they put you on a rolling membership and are impossible to contact to cancel it.

Save your money and call a local repair company direct and remove these vultures from this process!

You took £150 off me for a engineer to come out for 5 mins to take a video of inside of fridge never looked at anything else and now you are saying you can't fix it how does this happen
Look somewhere else they quote you for the job and parts then when it comes to the job you havr to pay gor the parts again tried to cancel with no work done and you get no refund goodbye £155.00 for someone taking a picture under your sink
This is advertised as an emergency service which its certainly not.
Conor was quite helpful and knowledgeable.He helped me to make the right decision regarding the repair of my appliance.

Avoid. Framed as a local company with local area websites but all they do is direct you to a local company, which, declined my appointment on the day.
Pressured into signing up for some membership too.

I’m really disappointed with the online booking process. I chose a date for repair and got a status update telling me the engineer was coming on a totally different day. I now can’t get hold of anyone because the office is closed until Monday and I can’t even email them. Hugely disappointed, especially as I’ve already paid for the call out.
My Bosch dishwasher suddenly stopped working a few days before Christmas. I contacted this coy and gave them the error code E15 and said the machine was making a rumbling noise, they said they would send someone to look at it within a couple of days and that would cost £111.99. A rather large man turned up and I was concerned whether he would be able to investigate the problem as I didn't think he would be able to access the machine properly. I didn't need to worry as he did not intend examining the machine! He opened the door and looked inside (we had already checked there was no water inside) and then switched it on for a few seconds. He said it sounded loud, I disagreed but was ignored. He then said he thought it was the pump and he would order another and that was the sum total of his examination. With that he was gone! The next thing we heard was that they had the pump - which cost £72.91. Total £184.90
A couple of days later the same man returned and fitted the pump. He did struggle rolling about on the floor especially when his screw driver rolled beyond his reach. And with that he was gone again. I was worried because the error sign only came on at the end of the washing process and it had not been properly tested. As soon as he had gone I switched the empty machine on again to test it and clean it out after not being used for a few days. Sadly the same thing happened again, the machine stopped and the same Error code and rumbling came on again. I rang the technician and left him a message to tell him the machine was in exactly the same condition. His phone was apparently off because he was driving but the message said he would get in touch. He didn't. The next thing I knew was another message from this company to tell me they were going to order another part! No offer to send someone to have a proper look at the machine to find out what was really wrong! I just kept hearing they were going to order another unnamed part! I had already wasted nearly £200 for nothing! I was adamant I didn't want any more parts ordering without a proper investigation of the problem. How many more expensive parts was I expected to pay for on the off chance one of them might repair my machine? At this rate it was going to be cheaper to buy a new dishwasher! Plus Christmas was bearing down on us. My husband looked up the Bosch web site re E15 and cleaned out the sump. The machine has worked perfectly ever since. I have waited this long to make sure it was not a temporary improvement. Did the mechanic know that was the problem and deliberately made a more expensive charge out of it? And for goodness sake what was the next part they were going to order and how much was that going to cost? They never explained. They never enquired how we were managing. All I got was repeated demands that we pay a monthly fee we had originally agreed to. Who in their right mind in these circumstances would ever call this company out again. In fact they demanded we pay £50 to be released from the deal! We had a number of these demands despite telling them repeatedly that, in effect, we felt conned!
I was more than happy with the service Ken provided for my washing machine today. He gave me a bit of advice too which will be helpful. A nice, kind man with a bright smile.
