Paid £150 for someone to be less than 5 mins looking at my appliance to then say it needed regassing and then was told it was not repairable!

Failed refund of money
This company requested upfront payment for work but the work and time was not required.
The reception staff agreed to refund the money if not needed. This was the REFUND was NOT return.
Although I used via this website draw attention to it, they said they would look into it they have not done so.
Please do not send anymore e-mails and cancel my membership
