I would recommend go-Assist for any electrical appliance problems Ryan turned on time and fitted the new cooker element in 30 minutes job done

The engineer, Paul Y, arrived within the time window given. very polite and explained the problem.
A new compressor is needed. The price to repair is roughly the same as a new freezer. I have therefore opted for a new freezer, as this one is 18 years old!

Horrible company! 1-They only talk to you to convice you until they got your money, after that no communication at all. You have to figure out how to proceed. I was given a 3 h slot but they were late 3 hours! Nobody updated me, I was waiting at home...The engenieer said that the part can come the following day, worst scenario monday, and again no communication whatsoever, once you order the part and pay (which is unrefundable:() and you order it via a sms link without any knowledge which day it will come, you have to do it and you realise again with your own efforts 30 mins on the phone that the part will come 1 week later! A summer day, without fridg for a week! I wanted to pay the cancellation fee and cancel my membership, they offered me 20 pounds I didn't accept they offered me 30 pounds, I still wanted to cancel the yearly membership but magically the transaction couldn't go through (although the bank didn't need my online approval for the previous 212 pounds that I paid) and for 50 pounds of cancalletion, because it is due to MY bank, ı have to call them again to cancel!!! Of course I didn't want to spend 30 more minutes of my life today, so I accepted their 30 pounds. BUT I will pay any cancellation fee and cancel this company's membership, I don't want to see, hear from them ever in my life after they repair my frdige which I already paid 212 pounds. Just not today..Horrible horrible service.

When I booked and prepaid the expensive fee, we arranged a particular date, but when the booking confirmation was received , it showed a later date

I was misled by your website advertising how much a complete repair would cost for a washing machine part- not an initial assessment visit (I could tell you what was needed) and then a second follow up one costing far more for the part and fitting!
I spoke in person to your customer services asking for a refund and cancellation - I am still waiting for the refund!
