Matilda was amazing! Really helpful, friendly and explained everything very clearly. This is the sort of customer service experience I would expect and as the Head of a Customer Service and Sales department myself I would poach her in a heartbeat! She should definitely win any competitions relating to customer service!

Beware!!!!
Company requests trustpilot reviews based on initial phone call only, before any service provided. Other reviews which report fraud and scams.
Repairer did not turn up. Request to cancel contract under "cooling off" period regulations ignored. Claimed to have carried out repair. Promised to resolve and did not. Banks fraud department got my pre-payment returned. 9 months later still refusing to cancel subscription contract. Dreadful experience.

Ajla was really friendly and patient with me as I tried to find the model number, she made everything clear and as concise as she could so it was all easy to understand. I felt like I was treated well, she also helped recommend the right service I needed very quickly and overall I am delighted with her service.
