Unfortunately, I have been paying a monthly subscription for an expensive fridge freezer and in trying to get Big Warranties to pay for a repair but they have said it is not worth repairing and have offered me a ridiculous amount for a £1200 appliance. I shall cancel my cover

Very disappointed, wasted a day off work to have boiler serviced only for them to turn up then tell us "we dont do LPG" when we already had it confirmed on phone that they did do LPG!!
