The engineer was professional, explaining everything to me and completed his job.
Easy to use fault reporting procedure
Easy to use fault reporting procedure, even to a relative 'technophobe' like myself! I had an acknowledgement within minutes of the fault being logged, and an engineers appointment made within 30 mins of initial contact. On the day, I had a text to say what time he would be with me, which was kept. A friendly and personable engineer inspected the boiler, advised of the fault, and ordered parts straight away. He did mention it may be the manufacturers that sent a repair engineer with the parts, but I would be informed if that was the case. I had a message from Hometree within 10 minutes of him going, informing me that it would be the case. Less than an hour after that I had the manufacturers calling to confirm it all and book a date for the repairs. All of this happening within 90 mins of the Hometree engineer arriving! That to me is excellent service! 10/10 and highly recommended

Were on day 7 with a leaking boiler, no hot water and no heating. This is unacceptable. I have emailed and sent whatsapps also.
Constantly calling hometree daily with the same answer we will get back to you asap and nobody does.
My mum spoke to a lady today on the phone who was rude and has no customer service skills to deal with an upset pensioner who just wants a hot shower. Its basic needs.
Were sat here cold and with no option to shower or access to hot water.
If this is not resolved today we have no option but to take this to a small claims court sadly.
My parents were promised excellent boiler cover which they are paying for monthly and excellent customer service we have had nothing but upset and no help at all.
Poor service and my mum is extermely upset today.
