Absolute rubbish, The engineer did not show up or contact me, this is the second time this has happened and I have been kept waiting for the fix to my central heating for almost a month. Please refund all payments that I have made to PlusHeat and cancel my contract.

Although I was initially unhappy with the service due to an annual boiler service being booked for a date I hadn't requested and was subsequently unavailable for, the agent was apologetic and quickly got the appointment changed to one of my preferred options.
