If I could rate -10, I would. Be carefull and find any other company. 2 days after purchased my car, we have an engine failure. They responded suggesting garages that aren't working with any third part companies. Still unsulved case and they don't respond to my emails. Ridiculous company, joke! I asked a loyer what shall we do next, as this useless customer service is never available. Following a major complaint, waiting 14 days if still not solved, court! Again, chose wisely and do not buy anything here.
tryed to claim for car coils pack x2 and spark plugs that were broken by the coil packs and was told thy dont cover coil packs but cover ignition coils that have not beeen fitten since 2000 or 1990 so there cover is only up to 10 years old cars i think there cover is out of date so i will be going to the ombudsmen about this
Bought a Polestar 2 from Big Motoring World in August 25 and took out a 3 year warranty.In February it developed an airbag fault.I contacted Warranties 2000 to be told to get it diagnosed but not at a main dealer.The garage I took it to diagnosed a curtain air bag fault sent a quote to be told they won’t fit a new one but a second hand airbag.Who in the right mind fits second hand airbags to a 20 grand vehicle?2 months later and I’ve still not got it fixed.Do not take out a warranty with this company you will never get your car repaired!

Absolutely shocking. Honestly don't know where to start. So I buy a car from a dealer through Match Me Car Finance from a dealer. Match Me at the same time also asked if I wanted to take out a warranty policy so I said yes, but was told this policy wouldn't kick in until the free 2 month warranty the dealer gave me expired. This was also through Warranties2000.
Driving the car back from the dealer i hear a clunking noise when accelerating, so contacted Warranties2000 and they said i needed to take it to any VAT registered garage to diagnose it, give the garage the warranty paperwork, and the garage then contact them with the details and the quote, etc. So that's what i did. The paperwork I gave the garage was the warranty paperwork that the dealer gave me. Turns out its a damaged driveshaft with the quote being £800.
Fast forward almost 2 weeks, and most of my time has been spent on hold calling Warranties2000 (it's honestly easier contacting HMRC) chasing up the claim which i have been constantly told has been accepted but they're waiting for it to be authorised. How long does it take to authorise a claim? So I'm there thinking if this is the service, or lack of, I'm going to get when my actual policy kicks in, I'm going to cancel it, thinking that won't affect this claim as its through the 2 months free one from the dealer. So I cancel it.
Half an hour after cancelling, I ring Warranties2000 up for the 100th time to get yet another update, only to now be told i don't have cover because I've just cancelled my policy! I tell them no I haven't and that I've cancelled the one that will kick in in 2 months. Their response...they don't have any record of that policy. That was literally the policy that I gave the garage the documents for!! I then say im going to leave a bad review only to be told that would be unfair as they're not the actual warranty company and they're just the administrators for the actual company who are apparently CoverMe.
An absolute shambles from start to finish.

Do not buy this warranty , especially through V12 sports and classics.
You cannot cancel it at all after 14 days, the wait time for any approvals are 24-48 hours, how can you be without your car for this long when you take into account the wait for the mechanic in the first place! On the phone they say it’s quicker but then when it comes to approving something, they say 24/48 hours!
Just stay away from them. They are extremely slow at replying, on the phone minimum an hour to speak to someone, then they are rude!
Others say they don’t want to pay claims.

Bought a 2021 BMW 330e from Big Motoring World in March 2025 along with an extended warranty I was hard sold at the point of purchase. Thirteen months later the car broke down with a failed KLE charging module. The repair bill is £2,820. The warranty company (which was changed from RAC to Warranties 2000 without telling me) authorised just £1,071 — a shortfall of nearly £1,750.
I’ve been without my car for over seven weeks. No hire car has been offered despite this being written into the warranty terms. Big Motoring World’s complaints team issued two identical responses that didn’t address a single specific point I raised.
I’ve now escalated to The Motor Ombudsman, the Financial Ombudsman Service, and Trading Standards.
Buy the car if you like — but think very carefully before paying for their warranty. It is not what they advertise it to be.
Absolutely disgusted with the service, or should i say lack of. Numerous calls on hold for half an hour to then be cut off. Eventually spoke with someone and took 5 days to get back to me and clearly did not listen to the information which was given to them as when they did book a garage, it was 180 miles away! DO NOT give them the satisfaction of your custom as you will get very little in return.
Bought a car from V12 and this is the warranty company they are using
AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAMMERS. Absolute disgraceful company, we purchased a nissan leaf in Feb 2026, the battery was broken when we bought it and we couldn't even make it home successfully. The car was booked into the garage the next day. It is now April 2026 and we still have not received a refund for the car although they are aware of the fault. We cannot get hold of the aftersales team. We are in the process of taking them to small claims court.

This is my 2nd review as getting know where emailing or calling the company. My car 21 plate went into the garage on 9th April to have a diagnosis of a gearbox issue. On the 10th April Garage advised me, gearbox failure, the gearbox is no longer in a condition for rebuild and requires a unit exchange unit.
Garage called the claim number was hanging on to the call for 25 mins in the twice they have called, this is totally unacceptable.
When the garage eventually got through what Warranties 2000 asked for was not possible as there no diagnostic report for a manual gearbox. Warranties 2000 emailed the garage to put parts into a portal, which the garage advised them this didn't work and couldn't proceed any further. Garage then advised me they would no longer deal with Warranties 2000 I would need to try and claim the warranty part back myself I would need to pay in full to collect my car.
I have emailed the CEO Catherine Tait and Natalie Barry Claims manager, A Natalie from a different email address did come back to me stating my car had done 18,000miles in 18months and I would have needed to have this services at 10,000 as per Warranties 2000 term and conditions so unlikely my claim would go any further. I emailed back on the 24th April with a copy of my service invoice which my vehicle was services at 11,000 and advised all the information i received at the time I took my policy out states 12,000 or within 12months which it was. I took this policy as a single parent to safe guard myself for any large bills. I collected my car on 27th April as garage couldn't hold on to my car any longer this is now over 14 days since the vehicle was dropped off and you have to wait until repairs are authorised before repair starts god knows when i would have got my car back if this was the case, I had to pay the full bill over over £2000 which has caused me financial issues with 2 small children, while Warranties 2000 will happily still take there payment every month for a Warranties plan that is not fit for purpose.
Can someone please contact me ASAP to have this resolved before I escalate my complain to the Ombudsman.

Really appalling company! Can't answer emails from garages, can't pick up the phone, claim everything is wear and tear despite professionals advising otherwise.
Look at Thier Google reviews. All positive reviews here are about buying a warranty defo 5 star for that, they can't wait to take your money shame what happens when you try and claim.

Complete con and waste of money. I need two new front control arms. I have been told for a 4 year olf car that this is wear and tear. It is clearly a fault that has allowed water in which has corroded and should not have occured with a 4 year old car. They then said well thats water ingress so not covered either! I suspect they rarely cover amything and I wish I hadn't been duped by Big Motoring World into purchasing it. **I note the reply, the part developed a fault which in turn left it open to the elements (ie water as it was on the underside) The water caused it to corrode so it wore out. It is a part that shouldn't be worn out especially on a car of its age. I understand the terms however no consideration was given to the fault which caused the issues and not willing to discuss openly.
