You paid for extended warranty and they will refuse to accept any claim if you need !!! Don’t waste your time and money!!! Is not worth it!!!🤬👎👎👎👎👎

This company is an absolute disgrace. They do not honour their contractual obligations and do everything they possibly can to avoid paying out on any warranty claim. They constantly avoid answering the phone, leaving you on hold for hours, so you cannot even talk to someone about your issue. DO NOT under any circumstance waste your money on any of their policies. I have never experienced such a poor level of service from an organisation. Avoid at all costs.

Had a call from Helen at Warrantys 2000 today as my renewal was due, very pleasant young lady & also managed to arrange me a new 2yr plan with unlimited claims, very efficient on the phone & the new plan was also cheaper than the price I paid when I purchased the car, I'll stick with these guys if they keep doing what they do, great company to deal with, regards Tony

COMPLAINT NOT DEALT WITH OR TAKEN SERIOUSLY. I emailed the support email and the big assist email and all I received was a one word answer. I have asked multiple times to see the terms and conditions and to have a manager contact me for my complaint have not received an update or the T&C's. My car has been broken for 2 months and the outcome I have received is not to help me at all. I am still waiting for a follow up on my formal complaint by a manager. DO NOT buy this warranty as it will be misold to you - they will say it covers mechanic faults and then try to give you 2nd hand unknown parts (didnt explain this at point of sale) and ignore you for months.

Warranties 2000 is more like a reap off company with no integrity.After being a loyal customer with no issues with my vehicle before hand, when I requested for a claim which was clearly stated on the contract as there was an issue with my vehicle, the company declined with no meaningful explanation.This company is misleading in their terms and conditions.From my experience, this is a NO NO.

I took my car to the garage booked by Warranties2000 on 24 July for a diagnostic inspection. On the same day, the garage informed me that the alternator needed to be replaced over the phone and mentioned they will send the diagnosis and estimation for authorization.

However, the repair estimate was not sent to Warranties2000 until the morning of 28 July. I do not understand why it took four days for the garage to submit the estimate. During this period, I had to make multiple follow-up calls to both the garage and Warranties2000. Without my repeated chasing, I believe the process would have been delayed even further.

Once the estimate was submitted, I contacted Warranties2000 several times to request that it be reviewed and approved as quickly as possible. On 29 July evening, I was informed that there was an issue regarding the diagnostic fee and that the estimate had been sent back to the garage for review. It is now pending with the garage, and once again there has been no proactive action or communication from either party.

Throughout this process, I have had to repeatedly call for updates. Emails sent to Warranties2000 have gone unanswered, and when I questioned why I had not received any email responses, I was simply told that my emails had not been received.

I only bought this vehicle from V12 Sports and Classic last month, specifically to enjoy the school holidays with my children. Unfortunately, due to these unnecessary delays, our plans have been completely disrupted. As things stand, I have not been given any estimated timescale for completing the repair. Looking forward for warranties2000 team to consider this issue on priority.
